Monica's home was beautiful. Very Clean, and so close to everything. We walked everywhere! So many restaurants also within walking distance. We also used her services to get us from the airport to her home. It was perfect!

Central place in Rome

Enjoyed a lovely stay. Great location, comfortable rooms, many restaurants in the vicinity and good privacy. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway.

Great location. Spacious. Comfortable beds. The host was lovely. She had arranged a taxi for us and met us at the apartment.Only issue was that the air conditioner was set too high and the heat was intense during our time in Rome.and the apartment was never really cool. I certainly would recommend staying here.

Kind Personable Service

Monica was so kind and assisted us with transportation from the airport, which was so helpful. She also took the time to walk the neighborhood with us to point out good pizza and coffee. The residence was very accommodating for our family for such a short stay.

Fantastic time in Rome

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Owner was very helpful in allowing us to store luggage a couple hours early upon arrival and assisting us with hiring a car and driver for our group when we had to return to the airport

Perfect apartment within walking distance to most everything in Rome!

What a great experience staying at Monica’s apartment. We were able to walk not only the Forum, coliseum, Vatican City, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain - but also to the beautiful park just up the street! Well worth the walks. And many restaurants and gelato stores near by too. Very easy stay and a great experience! Thank you Monica

A few days in Rome

We had a great time exploring the neighborhood - walking to restaurants and shopping. It was easy to catch a taxi just a few blocks away on Via Veneto. A small grocery just down the block was convenient for snack.

Great location

Location was great, walking distance to a lot of places, shopping. Quiet area. Beds comfortable. Wifi was our only complaint- very spotty. Monica was very accommodating as she got us a cab to the apartment and one to the airport as we have 6 people travelling together. She explained everything and gave us recommendations for meals. Would recommend. Thank you!!!

Monica was very accommodating

Monica was excellent, she allowed us to check in early after a long night. The property was gorgeous, extremely clean and centrally located. The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the tourism tax. I wish that was stated on the VRBO site. Overall we had a great experience!!

Fantastic

Monica was a great host! She was friendly, helpful and very accessible. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and tips on how to get around as well as organized our transfer to the airport. The apartment is very clean with comfortable beds and bathrooms and is in a great location! very quiet but close to main attractions. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Monica!

Perfect location

Great Apartment, located in a very safe and nice area, with restaurant, shopping, sightseeing on your doorstep. Monica is really nice and helpful. We had booked a driver though her to and from the airport, worked out perfectly. The Apartment is perfect if you travel with children or 2 couples. It had what we needed and was nice and clean. We can really recommend San Marco restaurant across the street ( and around the corner), great food at reasonable prices and really cosy restaurant. We will gladly return Again one day.

Luxury Suites

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The bedrooms were large. There was a sign on the washing machine had a sign on it stating it was not to be used or you could be responsible for 600.00 in repairs. That should be taken off the amenities list as it was a requirement for us. Several lights need to be replaced in the ceiling. A/C remotes we not available. We had to call the host to unlock them from a closet.there were no instructions on how to operate the televisions.and we were unable to figure them out.

Quiet location

Monica met us for check-in and was helpful about the neighborhood. The apartment faces an inner courtyard on a quiet street yet is only a few blocks from bus stops. There is a Coop market a few steps away and the restaurant downstairs has good, inexpensive lunches. Overall, the apartment and building felt "tired". The interior of the building could use a fresh coat of paint, the inner courtyard is not pretty, the glass dining room table is wobbly, the bed is soft and starting to sag (still comfortable, though), and the decorative plaque in the shower is moldy.

- Great location, two blocks from Via Veneto, close to Borghese Gardens, Spagna metro. - Apartment was as pictured. I did not give it 5 stars for family-friendly because, although it is roomy, there is a lot of glass.- Monica arranged for our transport to and from the airport, and met us at the building. She showed us around. The apartment is well-kept, and there are rules to make sure it stays so. Contact Monica before using the washing machine (we didn’t use it).- Good hot water, good wifi, good air conditioning.- Monica is responsive. I texted her that we needed converter plugs for US to Italian. She texted back asking if she could drop them off the next day (it was night time). They were there when we got home from our outing.- Monica’s spoken English is limited, but we could communicate. Messaging in English is perfect.- We would stay here again.

Space was just as listed. Loved the openness and natural light from the big windows. Monica was very responsive and nice. We were within walking distance from Villa Borghese park which was so beautiful and turned out to be a highlight of the trip. Thanks for the hospitality Monica
