Get ready to enjoy your stay in this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Lake Village town home. This newly remodeled and recently furnished home is bound to please anyone. You'll enjoy the large great room with impressive kitchen island that everyone will surely be gathering around.

Lake Village offers it's guests a heated swimming pool, super sized hot tub, 2 saunas, 4 tennis courts, a playground for young children and large clubhouse with a pool table and ping pong table to enjoy.

At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year. Here in Lake Tahoe there is winter enjoyment for everyone:

Great location, plenty of space

Our family of 4 (husband, me and 2 young adult kids) stayed here for a long weekend. Great location not too far from the South Lake casinos and restaurants. Quiet, spacious and clean.

Great location! Quiet & relaxing. Close to grocery store and casinos. Tennis & pickleball courts in very good condition. Easy on & off Highway 50. Very nice pool and clubhouse. The kitchen was very well eqipped. Spacious, nice and very clean. I would mention (for those who can't climb stairs very well) that the kitchen/great room area is at the top of the stairs.

Perfect Location for Families

Really enjoyed this place! Tahoe is a favorite of ours, this trip was to celebrate several family events. Location was perfect for our family of 7 plus one infant. Close to Heavenly but just far enough from congestion and noise. We loved being able to cook and watch the little one while others headed out for the day to enjoy the slopes.

Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our weekend in Tahoe. The house was a perfect fit for our group and we loved it. When we arrived at the property, the property manager was just leaving after doing an inspection to make sure the house was perfect for our stay. The pool and the clubhouse amenities were so great and we spent many hours enjoying them. We will be back.

Great Location

Loved the location of this property. Very convenient to Stateline & Incline Village. The house itself had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal. The living room was spacious & comfy. The bedrooms were large. We found someone’s glasses in one of the beds so we did wonder if the sheets had actually been changed from the previous guests. I would be happy to stay here again.

Family Getaway

Pros: easy check-in, property manager is very responsive, 5star service. The kitchen has everything you need. The best room in the house is kitchen/dining/living room. Cons: two of the bedrooms are very small. no side table to put your personal stuff or water. The house has an old smell. Too many stairs for my liking.

Great stay!

I celebrated my birthday with a group of 8 adults, which this property slept us all comfortably! There's 3 floors with a lot of space for everyone to feel separated but also together. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, cutlery. We very much liked the filtered water spout by the sink and the 1 car connected garage was beneficial. Plenty of pillows, towels, and starter toiletries. Few downsides are the garage didn't have a clicker or a way to open it from the outside. We had to go in through the front door then open the garage from inside. We also had to go to the neighborhood club house to get a separate parking pass for the HOA. It was a quick step, but just another added step before checking in. Water pressure in the showers were low if that's important to you. Otherwise, we loved the space and would stay again!

Seamless rental experience. The house itself is large enough for sure, handling our group of four adults, two kids and a baby with room to spare. Everything was spotlessly clean inside. The house has A/C and it works well. The kitchen has more equipment than you would expect, and I think you could cook anything here. The dining room table is huge and perfect for a family. One point: the front deck off the living room, like most wood decks in ski towns, looks like it is impacted by exposure, so while it seems structurally OK, we chose to keep the kids off of that area.

The only issue we had was the TV in the 2nd floor master was completely disconnected from all cable. My husband spent 40 minutes getting the cables hooked up and TV working. The trash cans were used by other people in the area. We saw them from in the house open the lid of the bear box and fill the trash with their garbage. We had to move it out in order to fit our garbage bags at time of checkout.

So Many Stairs Such Old Knees

Overall, great! I misread/observed the photo of the bedroom for 3-4 as having 3 separate beds (2 twins + bunk). We made do, but the room is so tiny, we couldn't open our suitcases and the closet door was broken. I moved to the couch so my guests could at least unpack. Maybe take out the twin and put a dresser or luggage stands?

Place was great. I liked how most bedrooms had their own areas in the house. The upstairs was a beautiful gathering area. A few blemishes I would expect to be fixed. (Example- bathroom door doesn’t shut.)

The property and condo itself was very nice and roomy, withal great location. We were disappointed that the hot tub closed at 4:30 because our skiers and snowboarders wanted to soak after an active day on the mountain.

Four summer weeks at Lake Village

We were quite satisfied with this rental but do pay attention to the fact there are two flights of stairs to living/dining rooms and kitchen with no bathroom on that floor. The kitchen has ample dishes, appliances, silverware for large groups. The A/C works well and was needed this summer. The parking is challenging as a one car garage plus two tandem outside of it. Sliding door and many large windows were very difficult to open, as was sliding door screen. Management company was responsive to our request for small repairs. Good cleaning was done prior to our arrival. Good location in terms of proximity to Stateline and beaches. Check in process with management company AND HOA was tedious at best
