With light and airy living areas that have been sympathetically renovated, the property retains traditional period features such as beautiful marble and cast iron fireplaces, high ceilings and stained glass windows. With four bedrooms, two double and two twin as well as a large kitchen with dining area and cosy living room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. 2 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel & power, bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Travel cot & highchair, no stairgate. Roadside parking outside property (first come, first served basis). Private, lawned rear garden, with furniture, BBQ & storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 3 mins walk. Note; This property may not be able to accommodate bookings made within 14 days of arrival.

With numerous, relatively easy walks along the cliff top and more challenging routes such as the Cleveland Way, the Lyke Wake Walk and the Coast to Coast Walks, all levels of ramblers will be catered for. With superb village amenities, charming alleyways to explore and plenty of places to rest, this is perfect base from which to enjoy the Yorkshire Coast.
