This is a completely updated, remodeled, classic floating home (houseboat) with two bedrooms, two baths, two sky decks, a floating dock, and front deck. Radiant heat throughout. Fast Internet, full channel TV, views of San Francisco, Tiburon, Belvedere, Mt. Tam and the Sausalito Headlands and lagoons.
Water craft include a kayak and Hobie stand up board/peddle board. Natural splendor and just 15 minutes to Rodeo beach, 15 minutes to San Francisco, 20 minutes to Muir Woods, 40 minutes to the California wine country.
