The independent entrance leads to an elegant private residence surrounded by greenery, with a relaxing and well-kept atmosphere, embellished by a characteristic central capital that recalls the most authentic soul of the city.
The apartment has a large and bright living area, completely with windows, where every environment is enhanced by natural light. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped, also has a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The space is completed by a large dining table, a large TV and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed.
From the living area there is access to an elegant private outdoor area, finely maintained, with gazebos, seats and armchairs, perfect for moments of relaxation, outdoor aperitifs or smart working sessions immersed in the quiet of greenery.
On the ground floor there is also a service bathroom with sink and toilet and a convenient laundry area with washing machine.
The sleeping area develops on the upper floors, connected by a spectacular light wooden staircase with glass handrails. On the first floor, also completely with windows, there is a full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet, a spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and safe and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and bedside table.
