Alina was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful. We just ran into a small bump while accessing garage first day but Alina send instructions to get into the building. Also, we thought there was sofa come bed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids, but the airbed worked overall. Very good location and can access various beaches (Santa Monica, Venice), close to restaurants.

This property is all about location, location, location!Pros: The location couldn't have been better if you're looking to experience Marina del Rey. We loved taking morning walks along the marina, renting nearby e-bikes, there were plenty of great restaurants, and we hardly had to drive anywhere. The building was very quiet, felt safe and secure with gated access and entry codes, and the indoor gated parking was a huge plus. The king bed was also very comfortable.Cons: While the couch looks stylish, it's not very comfortable for relaxing or watching TV. It's extremely low to the ground, has a low back, and there's really no comfortable way to put your feet up unless you're lying down by yourself. The carpet could definitely use a deep cleaning, and the kitchen wasn't stocked well enough for anyone planning to cook meals during an extended stay. We stayed for 15 days and didn't want to eat out every night, so that was a bit disappointing.I'd also recommend bringing your own pillows, extra hangers (there's no dresser, so closet space is important), and your preferred toiletries.Overall, the property met our needs, and the unbeatable location made up for many of the shortcomings. With a few updates and better kitchen supplies, it would be an even better place to stay.
