Villa Fernando - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property
2 bed villa with roof terrace, *private 3x4m pool which can be heated, 75m indoor living space and 175m outdoor living space. In one bedroom there is two single beds and in the master room there is one king size. Front room/dining room/ kitchen has sofa bed for two. Master room has ensuite. Guest bathroom in the middle of both rooms. Property is fully furnished and all brand new. It has a roof terrace and a carport. Roof terrace is also furnished with seating and four post sun lounger. Full size table tennis is at the property. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and tuned in Smart TV’s.
The property is located right next to the golf-course. It has views of the golf course and the swimming pool.
The accommodation is equipped with the following: private garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, *private swimming pool.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
*Pool heating can be added for an additional cost
The property is located right next to the golf-course. It has views of the golf course and the swimming pool.
