The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout and has a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with HD service for your enjoyment as well as a Queen size sofa bed. It is beautifully furnished with an incorporated balcony with windows which allows you to enjoy the amazing coastal breezes from the Gulf of Mexico. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
