The holiday home is situated directly on a mountainside, right next to the forest. It enjoys a quiet and idyllic location with a lovely garden. Numerous hiking trails start right behind the house, and further afield are the Nockberge Mountains and the Nockberge National Park.

The property has been newly renovated and features electric underfloor heating in the shower. The eat-in kitchen has a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth; plenty of firewood is provided free of charge. An electric cooker, refrigerator, bed linens, microwave, and towels are also provided. There is a television in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi is available.
