The home also offers a private hot tub and gas barbecue on back deck, 9 bikes for a range of ages, tennis racquets, basketball, flotation devices and more!

5 Red Fir offers a beautiful open living area with flat screen cable TV. Wood pellet stove for a cozy feel in the winter. Wood patio furniture with lighted umbrella for fun barbecues in summer.

Gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with skylight, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Large dining room table seats 8. Picture windows bring in plenty of light.

Lovely and huge master bedroom with flat screen cable TV, comfortable queen bed with memory foam topper, 2 dressers, walk-in closet and sliding glass door to back deck. En suite bathroom in master with beautiful updated shower with new tile and skylight. Off the main hall is a 2nd queen bedroom, also with comfortable foam mattress topper. 3rd bedroom has bunk beds for the kids (or playful adults)! Both the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have easy access to hall bathroom.

Full sized washer and dryer in separate room between house and garage.

WiFi throughout, adult and family games, puzzles, dvds, sonos, chess/checkers table.

Our house is on a quiet loop just a couple of blocks from SHARC and a short walk or bike ride to the Village. Extra privacy from neighbors and the nearby bike path is provided by a berm off the back deck.

Please note that late summer and early fall are wildfire season in Central Oregon, and the air quality may be effected. This may also lead to closures at SHARC. We are unable to offer refunds due to air quality or closures and recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns.

Whatever the season, day or night, this home has something to offer our guests, day or night! Water slides at SHARC, long walks or bike rides along 35 miles of Sunriver paved trails, hike to Benham Falls, play mini glow-golf at night, visit the Sunriver Observatory, ski at Mt. Bachelor, raft the Deschutes, have morning coffee in the Village. For those who want to venture farther out, climb at Smith Rock, hunt for thunder eggs, explore lava caves. For golfers, Sunriver is also known for its exceptional courses.
