A five-room apartment on the first and second floors, equipped with a large kitchen including a dining area for 8-12 people, a lounge with cable TV and a PS4, a dining room, a library, games, a piano, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a large balcony, one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), a single bed (175 cm long), and a fold-out bed if needed, and one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Baby equipment is available (almost everything is free; strollers are available for an additional charge).
