Brand New & Spectacular View! - On RTJ Golf Trail
Beautiful new home built specifically for 4 adults to relax and enjoy! The view is spectacular, overlooking the 10th green of the RIDGE golf course @ Oxmoor Valley, on the RTJ Golf Trail. Surrounded by tall trees on a private street, but only 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Avoid crowds and play golf, shoot pool, or sip your favorite beverage on our screened porch. The house has two MASTERS with ENSUITE bathrooms - 2 queen beds in each (4 queens total). Better than the pictures. Creating vacation rental homes for guests to enjoy is what I do. We build them brand new and plan every small detail to make sure you absolutely LOVE IT! Over the last 17 years, we've received hundreds of 5 star reviews. The Player pricing is based on 4 guests, but we allow up to 6. Each additional guest is $125 plus tax, per night.

My name is Rick Oster and I build "Oster Golf Houses" on the RTJ Trail. I left the corporate world to design and build vacation rental homes. We currently own five houses on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail and have plans to keep expanding. We love the privacy and comfort of vacation rentals, but were frustrated by small bedrooms and lack of quality. All of our houses are finished with first class materials and amenities. We hope you enjoy staying in them as much as we enjoy hosting you!
Why they chose this property
It's really difficult to buy 'golf front' land on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Much of the land is owned by US Steel or the Retirement Systems of Alabama. So, I was absolutely thrilled to find this piece of property. The view is phenomenal. The house is perched slightly above the 10th green on the Ridge golf course, surrounded by trees. It is an ideal spot to relax after a long day on the links!
What makes this property unique
You can park your car at my house and never get back in it. There's no need to leave! We will stock the house with food and drinks and even have a chef come cook dinner! Need a massage? No problem, we will have a masseuse knock on the door! We tried to think of everything you might need to have the time of your life.
