About this property

🏡Gîte insolite - water mill with swimming pool and large green park🌴🏊‍

We offer a cottage rental in a typical and authentic water mill (whose wheel still works) for 10 people in Charente Maritime to:
- 40 minutes from the beaches,
- 12 km from Saintes and the A10 motorway.
- 5km from St Savinien and 2km from Taillebourg.
- 33km from Cognac
- 1 hour from La Rochelle and 1h30 from Bordeaux.



We have 5 rooms with their own bathroom (toilet, shower or bathtub)
The mill has a large living room and a kitchen with internet connection

There is a swimming pool, a garden, car parking, bike and motorcycle available
