Carefully furnished, this modern cottage is quietly located in the countryside in a green park of 2000 mÂČ, between Bergerac 20 km (vineyards of Monbazillac and PĂ©charmant) and PĂ©rigueux 35 km, 1 hour from Saint-Emillion; village with shops about 6 Km.
Private pool of 4 m x 8 m covered, heated (open from May 1 to September 30), with deckchairs, parasol, shower.
Two terraces: a covered and a discovery, with garden furniture, a ping-pong table.
Inside: 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 140 beds and 1 dorm room with 3 beds of 90), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, dining room-kitchen (oven, microwave, plate cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a sitting area. All equipment is new. In addition, at your disposal: baby equipment (wooden high chair and wooden bed) and washing machine in the laundry (access from outside).
Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests indicated upon reservation.

The best Gite we've ever rented!

This property was the best gite we have ever rented. Spotless on arrival, the facilities were great (heated pool, table tennis, sauna etc) and the very friendly owners on hand. We stayed here as 1 of two families and would recommend it for anyone wishing to visit the Dordogne Region.

The property was absolutely beautiful! So quiet and such a gorgeous neighborhood. The communication with host Nathali was flawless and they made sure things were taken care of right away. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans une trĂšs grande propriĂ©tĂ©, au calme. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs fonctionnelle. Nos petites filles ont bien profites de la piscine , ainsi que les enfants et grands parents. Il en est de mĂȘme pour la table de ping pong. Seul inconvĂ©nient est la distance pour trouver un boulanger. Superbe sĂ©jour. Les propriĂ©taires sont charmants. Nous avons pu manger d'excellents concombres et courgettes du jardin. Paradijsje in rustige omgeving

Het goed gebouwde en geïsoleerde huis (koel bij 38C buiten) was zeer verzorgd en goed uitgerust. Het zwembad was splinternieuw (staat nog niet op de foto’s) en was veilig afsluitbaar voor onze kleindochter. Nathalie en Bertrand waren zeer gastvrij en makkelijk te bereiken.

Amoureux de la nature et du calme, n'hésiter pas!! Maison conforme à la description, trÚs propre, bien équipée. Bonne surprise de trouver une piscine neuve chauffée réservée à la location (non partagée) et les deux terrasses pour partager de bons repas entre amis ou en famille (plancha et barbecue a disposition). Super séjour dans le Périgord !!!!!!!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre gßte. Il était trÚs propre, fonctionnel et tout était conforme à nos attentes. La piÚce principale, les quatre chambres et les deux salles de bains sont bien conçues pour une grande famille et rien ne manquait. La vaisselle et le linge de maison étaient de bon goût. L'accueil des propriétaires du gßte est à souligner, ils sont discrets tout en étant présents, aimables et trÚs conviviales. Je vous invite à un petit séjour dans cette belle région, d'autant plus qu'une piscine "privée" est en construction !!! Merci Bertrand et Nathalie pour votre gentillesse. Les Testerins

Merveilleux séjour dans une maison confortable et trÚs bien conçue !

Nous venons de passer une merveilleuse semaine dans ce gĂźte trĂšs bien conçu ! Le rĂ©a de chaussĂ©e est grand avec une cuisine spacieuse et une trĂšs grande table qui rend les dĂźners trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Les 3 chambres sont trĂšs confortables avec beaucoup de place pour ranger ses affaires. Les deux salles de bain sont Ă©galement trĂšs fonctionnelles. Les enfants ont beaucoup jouĂ© dans le trĂšs grand jardin et nous avons profitĂ© de la piscine tous les aprĂšs-midi (Premier semaine d’octobre!). La piscine est un rĂȘve: magnifique, grande, propre, chauffĂ©e, avec une trĂšs belle vue! Et Bertrand et Nathalie sont trĂšs chaleureux! A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons trouvĂ© une bouteille de vin en cadeau et des tomates du jardin... je dois dire que ces tomates Ă©taient les meilleures que j’ai jamais mangĂ©es ! Bertrand et Nathalie sont trĂšs discrets mais prĂ©sents en cas de besoin ... Une semaine parfaite dans une rĂ©gion magnifique! Nous reviendrons certainement !

Super verzorgd huisje met zeer mooi omliggend terrein wat veel mogelijkheden biedt!

We genoten deze zomer van een zeer aangename vakantie op het domein gedurende 2weken (5volw + 4 kids) Bij aankomst een ontvangst met een glimlach. huis was zeer netjes voor ons beschikbaar. Ook tijdens verblijf werd het domein piekfijn onderhouden. Oppervlakte biedt genoeg mogelijkheden om buiten te eten, zowel in schaduw of zon. Wat voor ons ook een grote + was, was ook het feit dat je geen handdoeken en lakens hoefde mee te nemen, dit alles beschikbaar ter plaatse. Kortom verblijf je graag een tijdje in deze buurt dan zeker doen.

Une nuit en PĂ©rigord

Gßte occupé pour une seule nuit mais la durée, si courte soit-elle, nous a permis d'apprécier le confort, la décoration soignée, sans oublier le calme et l'accueil des propriétaires. Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
