Great Nantucket home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 16 Bluebird. The house itself is very comfortable, extremely clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed using the grill and dining outside for many of our meals. Naushop is a really beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and our kids loved riding the bikes that we rented for them around the neighborhood. The pool had just opened and we liked going there as well as heading out to Surfside Beach. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend 16 Bluebird as a vacation rental.

Beautiful home

We loved this house! Every thing we needed was there along with a welcoming gift of wine & Nantucket cookie dough! The pool & Park we’re perfect for our 6 kids & there was enough space for all of us! The beds were beyond comfortable and upstairs got super cold at night from the kicking ass air conditioning. Suzanne & Frank were so easy and helpful with any questions like what’s your beach recommend or where’s the vacuum?! We felt like they were friends to us on the island & we were really sad to leave. The house has great updates new bathrooms, shower house, washer dryer, & more. I would highly recommend this property!

Great House in Naushop

August 11, 2016 Dear Susan, Thank you for a wonderful stay at your Nantucket home in Naushop. The house is very comfortable, attractively furnished, and immaculate and the recently updated bathrooms are very nicely done. Even though Naushop is located out of town, the bus stop located a block away and makes getting into town so simple and convenient, especially considering the difficulty of finding a place to park in town. Being so close to the bike path was another plus for us. Thanks also for being so attentive to our needs during our stay. We will certainly be back soon. Thanks for a great vacation experience!!

The owner. Susan, was a delight to work with and location was perfect for the beach, town shopping and the incrediable attractions Nantucket has to offer, 16 Bluebird is located in Naushop and if you did not bring a car the NARTA bus stop is only one block away. Close is a family friendly Variety store, restaurant with great wings, pizza and small grocery. Pool, tennis courts offer relaxation after beach trips. Roses, hydrangea starting to bloom on this Cape Cottage which was clean, nicely decorated, kitchen stocked with everything. Comfortable furniture, immaculate, lovely location, everything you need is provided. Great yard and deck to wind down on, grill out, enjoy the birds, sunset or morning coffee. We look forward to coming back again!

Clean and comfortable!

This lovely cottage is as sweet as can be. Adorable front yard with lots of flowers. The backyard is private and great for enjoying drinks and dinner on the back deck. The feeling of privacy and space in the backyard was wonderful. The bathrooms have all been very recently redone and are spotless. The beds were comfortable. The house just has that classic Nantucket feel and character. I spent a week there and it was the most relaxing vacation I have had in a long time. I will be booking this property again!

LOVELY LOCATION

THIS SPRING WE WERE THE FIRST GUESTS TO STAY IN THIS DELIGHTFUL HOUSE AND WE ARE GIVING IT A "TWO" THUMBS FIRST EVERYTHING WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND WELL-APPOINTED. RECENT RENOVATIONS OF THE BATHROOMS WAS AN ADDED BONUS. YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THAT THERE HAD BEEN RECENT CONSTRUCTION. WE WERE HERE FOR DAFFODIL WEEKEND AND STAYED OVER THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND ENJOYED OUR STAY ON NANTUCKET IN NAUSHOP. WALKING PATHS ALL AROUND AND BIKE PATHS ALLOWED US TO EXPLORE THE NEARBY BEACHES AS WELL. WE ATE AT SOME THE MOST FABULOUS RESTAURANTS BUT WE ALSO PREPARED MEALS IN THE WELL-STOCKED KITCHEN, THIS HOUSE MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE HOME, COMFORTABLY FURNISHED, BEDDING AND TOWELS A+ BREAKFAST ON THE BACK DECK AND EVENING WATCHING THE STARRY SKIES MADE FOR A GREAT BEGINNING AND ENDING OF THE DAY. SEE YOU AGAIN !
