This cottage was everything we hoped for and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, with charming details and a cozy, welcoming feel that captured the Nantucket spirit. It was spotless.The location couldn’t be better. We were centrally located, close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, which made exploring the island easy and relaxing.

A wonderful cottage and just a 15 minute walk to town. Cozy, extraordinarily clean, and with a wonderful layout downstairs. The kitchen has everything you require. If you need a second bedroom, the loft is up tricky stairs (as the photos explain) but it is a lovely nest. We would very much like to stay here again. Thank you, Peter!

We loved the house! It is excellently maintained and charmingly decorated. The location is just perfect. We had some communication issues with the host during the check in process, but he was kind and reasonable to exchange with.Just one thing to beware of; the bed in the first floor bedroom is EXTREMELY high, with no aid to get up on it. As someone with a hip issue, I managed twice, but it was so difficult, I gave up and used the sofa. For most people this may not be a problem, but for some it definitely will.
