Charming single story home with cathedral ceiling and central Air Conditioning. Enter into the living/dining area with sliding glass doors to the back deck and outdoor shower. Kitchen with granite countertops and all appliances. Bedroom with private bath and Queen (tub+shower), Bedroom with private bath and 2 singles (shower), laundry room.

Privately located on 3 acres in Tom Nevers, shared driveway. 1 mile from Tom Nevers Beach, ball fields and playground. 2 miles from Siasconset Golf Course and picturesque Sconset Village.

Saturday to Saturday bookings only in summertime.
