The house was the perfect location- close enough to walk to the beach or anywhere that you needed to go! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The outside porch was wonderful and relaxing. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed. Would book again, most definitely!

This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve had. Even the windows were clean! This was a very comfortable home and the location couldn’t be beat. Highly recommend.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this wonderful beach home in Pacific city. It was exactly as they described, or possibly even better! Even the pictures in the listing weren’t as nice as actually walking into the place itself. It comfortably fit my entire family, and the host was great at communication throughout the experience, and very responsive when we reached out to them during the stay. As for the house and the location itself, it was a short five-minute walk to the beach as well as the nearby surf break at Cape Kawanda, where I enjoyed surfing every day that I was there. I cannot speak highly enough about this property and the hosts. I truly hope that my family will have the opportunity to stay here again someday.

This is our second stay at the Surfrider and we love the comfortableness of the house but we especially love the location on a quiet dead end so close to the beach and the Pelican!

Cute but disappointing

Very cute home with a GREAT layout—however, the master bed is literally a cotton pad on a wooden plank. It was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept in—even went and bought a mattress topper and that didn’t help. Additionally, the television was fixed on PBS Kids and property management was unable to repair it during our six day stay. Would have been totally OK if there had been a comfortable bed. Truly, if you aren’t used to an extremely firm mattress, don’t even try it.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach!

We had a great time with our family in this comfortable, roomy cottage just a sand dune away from the water. The open design, and pool table made it nice for relaxing away from the sun and sand. Would stay here again anytime!
