2 Master Suites, Panoramic Ocean View, 4 Bedroom, Hot Tub

Newly constructed home with 2 identical master suites upper level, each with king beds overlooking the ocean, and private baths including walk -in showers with pebble floors and granite counters. One has lcd TV. The main level has expansive glass viewing miles of beach and ocean, a 17foot section of glass folds open to a large partially covered deck on mild days. Polished black concrete floors contrast with natural fir wood and leather furniture. Relax taking in the view while warming by the gas fireplace. The lower level has a large lcd tv with hi definition cable service in the family room flanked by 2 bedrooms with queen beds, ocean views and baths. Off the family room is a large deck with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and a 7person hot tub. Relax in the tub and enjoy the ocean views and sounds. The garage has a game table pingpong table and also large windows south to the ocean view. Wifi available.

We had a family get together with our adult children and their plus ones and we all enjoyed the house very much. The hosts were very kind and responsive and were so quick to work through a few hiccups during our stay. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the city and the sun set over the haystack rock at Cape Kiwanda, magical. The entire house is tastefully and thoughtfully designed and decorated, beyond what we imagined. We created many wonderful memories here during our trip. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home perched right above the Headlands Lodge with impeccable views of Haystack rock. Well stocked kitchen with fireplace and panoramic doors that open up to the beautiful coastline.

The best house

We had such an amazing time in this better than expected house. I love the 3 floors with bedroom on 2 and the living/kitchen on the middle floor. We lived the hot tub and proximity to the beach. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Beautiful House, Great Location

Spent Thanksgiving week at this house. It was perfect for our 3 families. All the adults had bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and the pull out sectionals in the downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kids. Easy walking to the beach the Pelican and the coffee shop. Well stocked with everything we needed to make a big dinner. Would highly recommend.

Phenomenon views. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of flatware for a large group. Appliances worked great. We had a wonderful stay and are planning to go back.

Privacy with a view

This wonderful spot was perfect for our ladies getaway! We loved the gorgeous home which had everything we needed to manage our meals. Ample amount of bathrooms and wonderful spots to relax. We loved the sliding glass doors so that we could bring the outdoors inside and enjoy the view. Tim was very responsive as a host and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Pacific City Home

The pictures online don't do this house justice. Not that they're poor quality, but it is truly a lot nicer and the view is much better than you can capture in pictures. We had 4 adults and 5 children at the house. It was the perfect size for our getaway.

Quick family wedding weekend

Great location with stunning views. Microwave was not working but the owner did not know. It was not a big deal. We were there for our son's wedding at the Pelican and were very busy anyway so minimal cooking. One suggestion-- a patio heater to enjoy the outdoors more in the evening. Comfortable stay.

Fantastic View...

The photos don't do this place justice. This house has a smoking view and can captivate your imagination for hours. Home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Could use a non-stick pan. Deer every day. Instagram photos from every window.

This home faces south looking over miles of beach, is easy walking distance to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub, Dorryland Pizza, a deli, a swimming pool, and a coffee shop. Surfing is good just down from our house and the neighborhood is quiet and private.
