This adorable home with knotty pine interior, and filled with lots of curiosities and antiques, is just 1/2 block to beach. The artistic/decorator touch make this a classic beach house. Fully furnished with linens and bath towels. Sink into the cozy living room furniture and watch your favorite TV shows on the NEW 65" smart flat screen TV with Youtube tv included. Enjoy playing board games with the kids, and free WIFI. The downstairs master bedroom has a new smart flat screen tv, electric fireplace/stove and adjoining bath with a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, cookware and dishes. Drip and Kuerig coffee pots. 2nd downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. Enclosed Sunporch with wicker furniture, plus deck in front, deck in back with outdoor furniture and propane BBQ. Outdoor shower off the deck to wash off sand after a day enjoying the beach!  Parking for 3 cars. The driveway has been widened but still be careful not to hit the neighbors fence.

This cottage is so cute and cozy! We loved the vintage feel. Everything was very clean and in great repair, and what needed to be modern (ie, appliances) was. We didn't end up using the hot tub, so can't report on that. I will note that I don't recommend using the water-closet style pull-chain toilet in the middle of the night, it will wake people up.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this charming home. We loved the cozy, open concept main floor. Lots of room to gather with family. The decor was beachy country chic. One block to beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Will go again.

House was super cute, convenient location good parking and well stocked. Gets pretty hot upstairs with it being an old house. I dont think theres AC up there but they do equip you with a lot of fans. Not a 5 because that and one couch smelled like feet pretty bad and hot tub had a bunch of sand in it. Everything else was great!

Good location

Location of place was excellent, walked down to the beach and downtown area everyday. Older but beds we’re comfortable and kitchen well stock except utensils need a few more added. Went downtown to the old theatre for supper and a beverage I would say it was our best meal and a real cool experience as tgtt we y had Monday night football on the full size theatre screen. Would stay here again not super fancy but adequate for the price and location to promenade and downtown.

Plenty of room for everyone, especially love the sunroom. Watch the dishes in the microwave, they overheat quickly and burned a few of us.

Short Walk to the Beach & Cute Shops

My wife and I wanted to take the kids for a beach house experience. She had stayed in Seaside once before and fell in love. This house was conveniently located near the best part of the beach where ALL the sand dollars are. The house slept all of us comfortably and we ended up inviting my MIL and her boyfriend to share the experience with us. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. We had a non-emergency issue and the hosts were very responsive and corrected the issue within a couple hours. Well done! We are vacation rental owners as well and understand what is necessary to provide a great experience. They were great. Shops were easily accessible by walking or by car. We had a blast and made great memories. We may just invest in Seaside to give an excuse to come back time and time again.

I would have to say this is one of the best beach houses I've stayed at!! The location is amazing, two blocks to the beach, three blocks from town! The house is so nice and has everything you need!! Omg the hot tub is so nice even in february!! Absolutely loved this place!!

Seaside Volleyball Tournament

Clean house close to the beach. Was perfect for the volleyball tournament, took about 10 minutes to walk to center court. Floor was a bit creaky for those ‘middle of the night’ bathroom breaks, but otherwise a great pad for the weekend. Thanks!

Great location

So close to the beach! We stayed here in 2012 before my son left for college and had a wonderful time. We went back with our son and his fiancée and had a very special time. It’s not a fancy house, it was very adequate for our needs.

Family Getaway

We planned a 4-day family getaway with our pregnant kid, their partner, and his parents, so we could meet the other soon-to-be grandparents who live in a different state. The house worked out very well, even with an 8 1/2 month pregnant person! The beach was close to walk to, and everything in the house worked well, except the beds all seem to slope into the center. But aside from that, we loved it.

Girls weekend

Property needs a deep cleaning, dusting, furnace cleaning and much of the home needed basic maintenance. All bathrooms on the main floor made it difficult for older individuals. Nice location, quiet, space for gathering.

Quaint, historic beach home

Very classic beach home built 1920s (says Zillow) half a block from the promenade and the Seaside beach. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown.

Needs Deep Cleaning

The property is an old beach house that has some quirky charm. It's not perfect, but I didn't expect it to be. However, quirky can be clean and should be clean - this place isn't clean. The carpet needs to be removed, clean the layers of dust off the blinds, fix the windows downstairs so they stay open without a roll of paper towels holding them up, clean the filthy grout on the kitchen counter, replace the pillows, the heating elements on the stove are crooked so a pan can't even sit flat ... This place needs a DEEP CLEAN!
