Classic Ocean City vacation home located one block from beach and boardwalk! Also two blocks from downtown shopping district. Features open living and dining room with room for relaxing, plus a spacious front porch. It has 3 bedrooms, ***king mattress is brand new for 2021*** and one bath, plus an enclosed outdoor shower with changing area for your convenience. All modern appliances plus fully stocked kitchen. Central air conditioning included for your comfort on those hot summer days. We also provide off street parking for up to two small or medium vehicles or one large vehicle. This first floor rental is very affordable for the location!!
***We are not available for senior week rentals***

I’ve been coming to Ocean City since I was just a few months old! I am now 61. I love Ocean City. It’s a place I have many memories with my family and friends. I was formerly a stockbroker, but left the business to raise my children. Instead of returning to that when they were older, I turned to education and currently work as a job coach for special needs young adults. I can tell you almost everything you need to know about Ocean City!

Why they chose this property

This home has been in my family for 58 years. We have rented to many families over the years and have had many repeat tenants. The home has been well taken care of. It is truly an Ocean City Classic and close to all the best of town!

What makes this property unique

This home is close to everything! The beach, the boardwalk, and downtown shopping are all in walking distance. The best thing is the front porch to relax on at the end of a long day of fun!
