This duplex is located within blocks of Vero’s 14th Avenue and is decorated in “Old Florida” style. It has one bedroom plus office, a fully equipped kitchen, stacked laundry and a bath with shower. The back garden is perfect for enjoying Florida’s warmth and is fenced to keep your doggie(s) safe. There is off-street parking.

Outfitted with starter supplies, a comfy foam bed and soft sheets, it’s ideal for one or two people looking for a simple, convenient and cozy place close to everything. 4.5 miles to the beach and walking distance to over 20 restaurants and bars.
