This was our second year staying here. It’s such a delightful place to stay. About a 5 min walk to a private beach. They have everything you need to use at the beach! The house is clean and comfortable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this two-bedroom, two-bath home. It was great being a five minute walk from the beach. Being on Orchid Island placed us conveniently near everything available on Hwy 1 and A1A.The house itself seems secluded, even thought it's near everything Sebastian and Vero Beach have to offer.

Summerplace is Great!

Little piece of paradise

We love the treehouse, nestled in a little piece of paradise. The house has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. We love how close it is to the private beach. The whole area is quiet and peaceful.

Tree House

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Hawley Tree House. The location was perfect, short walk to the ocean, great neighbors and plenty to do around the area. Liz was a great host, very good about getting back with us anytime we needed anything. Excellent stay!!

Tree House Vacation

Peaceful Beachside Escape

We truly enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. The property is beautiful and very unique. Great place to relax and recharge. Sunny morning walks on the beach, quiet evenings on the balcony, everything we hoped for! Liz is also an amazing host, highly recommend.

Charming Beach Community Home

Charming home only a 5 minute walk to the beach. House was well-stocked and had nice extras like a screened porch, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower. The friendly manager/owner Liz was super easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Another great stay at the treehouse!

We are repeat renters of this property, and can't say enough great things about it. The place is clean, quiet (even over labor day weekend!) and has everything you would want for a great vacation stay. It's a secluded and cool retreat from the growing hubbub of Florida, and the place is clean and feels new. Had a fantastic time visiting friends and nature viewing in this underrated part of the state. Thanks to the hosts, fantastic job as usual!

Great home

We enjoyed our stay at this house that is built under the trees and bamboo. The house had everything you could possibility need for your stay, including a neighborhood cat that came to visit for a few minutes most days. It was a very short walk to the ocean with a wonderful beach. We are already booked for another year here.
