Peaceful Retreat on the Treasure Coast. Come stay a week or months!

We offer a great value in the much sought after & charming "Old Florida" neighborhood of Summerplace. Our vacation home is just a short five minutes walk to an unspoiled private beach. There are two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Outdoor stairs lead up to the “tree” house that is surrounded by mature trees and lush foliage. Lots of privacy. Upgraded recently with new smart TV, new leather sofa and loveseat as well as new ADA Extra Tall toilets in both bathrooms. The open floor plan living area opens to the fully supplied kitchen (with a microwave/convection oven) and dining area. There is a large screened porch and another enclosed sitting area. You will have access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, a wagon to cart your beach stuff and fishing gear, TV and Wi-Fi (high speed internet). Parking in driveway and carport- enough room for 2 cars. An outdoor shower conveniently located in the carport for rinsing off after visiting the beach. Come and stay for a week or a month! Or more! We offer discounts for monthly stays. Travel Nurses and Corporate Travelers are welcome for extended stays of 60 days or more at market value rates. Contact owner for rates.

Peaceful Beachside Escape

We truly enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. The property is beautiful and very unique. Great place to relax and recharge. Sunny morning walks on the beach, quiet evenings on the balcony, everything we hoped for! Liz is also an amazing host, highly recommend.

Treehouse Fun

We had a nice time staying in this rental cottage. It is on the second floor and nestled in a jungle forest. IT Is a walk to the beach but there is a nice Park nearg with beach access and washrooms and a ramp instead of stairs going down to the beach. It Is called Golden Sands. The cottage is very well supplied and is clean and comfortable. staying in this uniwue rental cottage.

Another great stay at the treehouse!

We are repeat renters of this property, and can't say enough great things about it. The place is clean, quiet (even over labor day weekend!) and has everything you would want for a great vacation stay. It's a secluded and cool retreat from the growing hubbub of Florida, and the place is clean and feels new. Had a fantastic time visiting friends and nature viewing in this underrated part of the state. Thanks to the hosts, fantastic job as usual!

Beachside Treehouse

I enjoyed staying in this cozy home in its old Florida neighborhood a walk away from the beach. The house surrounded by the lush vegetation gives the feeling of being secluded in your own tropical forest. Loved visiting the Disney Resort for a quick bite or to play Disney trivia. The best part was being lulled to sleep each night by the sounds of the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay at this house that is built under the trees and bamboo. The house had everything you could possibility need for your stay, including a neighborhood cat that came to visit for a few minutes most days. It was a very short walk to the ocean with a wonderful beach. We are already booked for another year here.

We are a partnership of three, two sisters and one niece.

Why they chose this property

The Hawley Tree House is a family home. Many happy times were spent here with our late parents who moved to the Treasure Coast in the eighties and had the home built to their specifications.There was a lot of love invested in it and a treasure trove of memories were made here.

What makes this property unique

The house is just two blocks from a private beach in a friendly, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The updates we have done, such as new vinyl plank flooring throughout and new oven and stove top, new TV, new beds, new toilets and fresh paint throughout, make staying in the home carefree.
