Beautiful 3 room condo on the 11th floor with amazing views of the ocean and the resort. It is located in the middle tower of Bella Sirena giving you the best views of the resort. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a big and comfortable full bathroom each. It has 1 half bathroom in the main living area. Huge terrace with a Jacuzzi, built in grill and big dinner table to enjoy the sunset while having dinner. Spacious family room with a dining room for 10. Full spacious kitchen with everything you need to have a great vacation. The resort has 1 heated pool with a pool bar and 3 additional pools in different areas of the resort. Beautiful gardens and grilling areas to enjoy. Direct access to the beach and there is a small restaurant bar next to the main pool. We hope you will choose our condo to spend your vacation! We had the BEST time staying at Bella Sirena. The penthouse was immaculate, spacious and had the most amazing views! We will definitely be staying here again and can't thank Ariadna enough for her prompt responses and hospitality!

Bella Sirena Memorial Stay

The condo itself was fantastic. Extremely large and comfortable. Only two issues.:1. The beach at Bella Sirena is very rocky and only certain times of the day. Is it enjoyable to use2. Security personnel are very unfriendly.

We had a really lovely time, the penthouse is very spacious and has everything you need. It is stocked with all of the supplies that you may need for pretty much anything. I was very appreciative of the timely and efficient communication with the host. She was absolutely wonderful and so sweet! Will definitely be staying here again.

Stunning penthouse and resort

The two master suites were fantastic! Access to the huge patio from every room to the gorgeous view of resort and beach. When we got there the hot tub was not clean but the owner was very responsive and it was cleaned by the 2nd day. The bathtub in the double room was broken but the showers were amazing! Plenty of space for the family! We also loved the secure parking and resort pools!

Spring 2022

Our group had an incredible experience with this rental. Having rented in Rocky Point over 30 times, I will share that this was the most spacious and kitchen stocked unit I have rented at. Two drawers full of silverware and two stacks of plates made the kitchen experience amazing. Unit was spotless at check in. Would gladly stay again.

Communication with the manager was great. She responded in a timely manner. The location and the residence its self were amazing - was perfect (I’ll definitely be back). Couldn’t have gotten better. The only thing is the resort drinks and food are expensive. I recommend going early in the AM when there is low tide to lay in the ocean. Recommend AL Capone’s to eat in the city

Fabulous view

The place was spacious and had more than enough rooms, beds and bathrooms for 10 people. It was clean and so were the linens and bedding. The view on the huge balcony was amazing!!! The balcony had two cushioned seating areas, an additional table and chairs, a grill and a hot tub. I enjoyed watching everything while having my coffee in the mornings. There were enough bath towels for each person, but not any extra bath towels or hand towels. There were beach towels. If you like to play games or cards bring your own. Overall it was a great property!!

Great View

The size is perfect for families or big crowds! But it is outdated. One restroom was being worked on. The couches are broken. The hot tub outside doesn’t work. Fridge took a day to get lil cold. Beds are rough. And worst the resort runs out of water.
