Renovated Breton-style family house, situated on an enclosed plot of 600 m², in a private square facing the sea, 5 minutes 'walk from the market town of St Gildas de Rhuys and its daily market, and 5 minutes' walk from the first cove, and 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike from the large family beach of Les Govelins (sand, fishing, sailing club).
Located less than 100 m from the customs road that runs along the Atlantic coast, from which you can admire the magnificent sunsets.

Its 4 bedrooms can easily accommodate 8 people.
The house is fully equipped, with pleasant services:

Maison familiale

Tout ce qu’il faut pour les enfants et les bébés dans cette maison, chaise haute matelas à langer lit parapluie, mini table extérieure, jeux et livres enfants tous âges… mes enfants ont adoré leur séjour et nous aussi car la maison est très agréable, beaucoup de charme et surtout très fonctionnelle. Elle est très bien située à 2 pas de la côte et du bourg et au calme absolu. Seul petit bemol sur l’annonce il devait y avoir une balançoire qui n’y est plus en fait. Mais dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 4 enfants de 8mois à 8 ans!

Angenehmes Haus in toller Lage.

Nettes Haus, nur wenige Meter vom Meer (Steilküste). Eigener Garten. Schöner kleiner Küstenweg zu tollem Sandstrand (etwa 15 Minuten). Sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Ruhig und idyllisch.

Super séjour

Maison agréable, propre, bien équipée. Il manque juste un coin « tv » où toute la famille peut se retrouver pour regarder un film le soir par exemple. La localisation est top !!!!

Agréable séjour en mai

Semaine magnifique en mai dans cette charmante maison qui nous a permis de faire du bateau depuis Port Crouesty, des grandes promenades sur le chemin de ronde et du cerf volant avec les enfants. La maison est bien équipée et pratique pour deux couples avec enfants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Maison sur un bel emplacement

C'est une belle maison avec beaucoup d'espace. Cela comprend également un grand espace extérieur avec mobilier de jardin. Avec le propriétaire, tout s'est parfaitement passé. L'emplacement est idéal pour les excursions. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Merci beaucoup!

Idéal pour un séjour en famille

Charmante maison au calme, idéalement située, à 2 pas des sentiers côtiers (magnifiques balades en perspective), grande et belle plage à 10 minutes à pied, le centre du bourg est à quelques minutes, avec marché quotidien en été et surtout, le café de la place, où nous avons passé d'excellents moments !!! La maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût, tout y est impeccable et nous avons bien profité du jardin très fleuri (repas, chaises longues, barbecue). En bref, ce séjour nous a tous comblé (3 générations) et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Un grand merci à Stéphane et Marie-Christine !

Wunderful place!

We (two families with four kids) spend two weeks of our summer vacation in this wunderful house! The house is perfectly equipped with all the things families need. Our kids loved the place and the garden. The location of the house is great. It´s close to the small beautiful village with its nice market and close to beautiful beaches. We discovered great towns like Vannes, Sarzeau, Carnac, the isle of Quiberon. We went on a fantastic boat trip from Port Navalo to Loqmariaquer. We enjoyed relaxing days on the beach as well as nice barbecues in the garden. We went to great local markets and bought local food. The nature in this area is awesome! Especially for families we can recommand this house. Thank you very much for this great vacation! Thanks to the owners, Mrs. and Mr. Thiollier for the perfect organisation and for your kindness. Wunderful place!

The location is great. The house is close to the beautiful little village and to great beaches. Our kids enjoyed the vacation there very much. Beau séjour pour un mariage d'été

Un état des lieux entrant très poussé (1h15) ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour de 5 jours sur la presqu'ile de Rhuys. La position géographique de cette jolie petite maison est idéale pour profiter du littoral et du centre de St Gildas. Les 4 chambres et 2 SdB nous ont permis d'y séjourner à 8 en famille. La terrasse le matin est un vrai plus et la maison est tout équipée. Merci pour ce séjour.

Magnifiques vacances

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à St Gildas. La maison était impeccable quand nous sommes arrivés. Tout était en place pour nous permettre de passer de très bonnes vacances. La maison est parfaitement organisée pour des vacances familiales ou amicales: barbecue, vélos, transats et balançoire. L'organisation est propre et fonctionnelle. Pour finir, la situation est idéale: vue sur la mer... à 10 minutes de la plage à pied. Bonnes vacances aux prochains chanceux...

Great place to stay

We spend two weeks in our summer holidays in the beautiful house and had a great, relaxing time. Cooking local food, having barbecue on the terrace or just an afternoon tea in the sun. We enjoyed our stay and felt very well in this cottage. It is perfect equipped and has a very good location (close to the city and close to beaches). Especially for family we can recommand this house. Thank you very much to the owner for their kindness.
