Five full bathrooms and one half bathroom are thoughtfully designed for your convenience and privacy.

The open-concept layout seamlessly connects to the dining area, ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Pe-1724, with a private deck, BBQ grill, and fire pit, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and evening gatherings. The rooftop deck provides panoramic ocean views, while the private spa invites you to unwind and relax.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
