We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! So much space and perfect for our family. We have stayed at several VRBO locations and without a doubt these beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on while away from home. Very well equipped and organized kitchen. We had only one issue and the hosts fixed it immediately! They were very responsive to our questions. Beach access is easy and the lagoon in the back is so peaceful. Highly recommend!!

Our large family with kids had an unforgettable stay at this property. The proximity to the beach made for easy back and forth with young kids. The pool was used often when needing a break from the ocean. The unobstructed views, surrounding area, and house itself were all top notch. We greatly appreciated an early check in and the host was very quick to respond and fix a minor issue with the second fridge in the house. They even dropped off some new beach chairs one day which was very kind of them. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Be careful at check out, we accidently let the door close before 10:00 am check out and the code was changed and we couldn't reenter. House is very clean and spacious, wish it was across the street and on the beach.

This house was perfect for our group. We were able to fit everyone into the house easily. Having bathrooms for each bedroom was great.We had 2 small children in the group and being able to cross the street and be on the beach was awesome. We could go back and forth for naps and feedings. We all loved the second floor porch. We usually had breakfast there and watched the runners and bicyclists go by each morning.The pool was a great asset also. Those who didn’t want to go to the beach, could hang out by the pool.Being able to do laundry and have the extra fridge in the laundry room was great for our large group!The beds were super comfortable and everyone was raving about the pillows.We loved this property and so glad we were able to stay here!!!

Wonderful time was had by all!

Property is beautiful and very well-maintained. Location is great right across from the beach. Didn’t even mind the traffic. Hoping we can come back someday.

Great place to stay!

Our family of 15 stayed there comfortably. The location is amazing- directly across the street from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Our teens enjoyed the bikes, kayak and paddle board. Convenient to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location straight across from Public Beach access so nothing blocking our view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Nice large common area for a lot of people. Kim and Andy were great to work with. We had one issue with the pool and they were on it immediately and had it taken care of. We’ll definitely recommend this property and will book again.

Our whole experience was great. We were able to check in an hour earlier, which worked out great with our travel time. The house is beautiful!! The location is absolutely fabulous. My only complaint is a non-working blow dryer in the master bathroom.

Wonderful Stay

We had the best time in your beautiful home. It was perfectly located to the beach access and had an awesome view of the water! The boys enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the lake. The pool and hot tub were a hit after long days on the beach. It fit our party of 16 perfectly.

Fantastic Home

What a great location and fantastic home. Girls trip and we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Perfect gathering are on middle floor. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use! Right across public beach access and walking distance from coffee and other food. Was a great stay!

Family vacation success

We had an awesome stay! The layout of the house was just what we needed for our family vacation. We we’re able to put all kids on one floor, mother in law (the cook) on the middle floor closest to kitchen and adults on the 3rd floor. The house was perfect for all ages, equipped with high chair for toddlers and an elevator for adults.

Best Vacation Ever

We had a fabulous time at this property! There was something for everyone. We LOVED the proximity to the beach and the private pool and the older kids enjoyed the lake behind and went fishing daily. We also loved the fire pit. Everything about this vacation was amazing. We had an issue with the AC and the pool pump while we were there and they were both handled immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great communication , house could have been cleaned a little better , mold on wall on 3rd level , smelled really strong upstairs of mildew. Rest of house was great, pool was great and location couldn’t be any better

Amazing!

The house was fantastic! Fully stocked with everything we needed and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The access to the beautiful beach was a quick walk across the road. Kim and Andy provided quick responses to any questions we had and we can't thank them enough in sharing their home with our family.

Family Vacation 2024

This was an awesome place to stay! Close to the beach, walking distance was so easy even with 2 small kids. The pool was perfect. We had so much room to work with also. Very spacious. My only request would be to add a coffee machine to the top floor. It would have been nice to have had that. Would love to visit again if we can!

Looking for your forever beach vacation rental? This is it!!!!!Location, location, location!!! All the advantages of a beach front property at way less cost. Uninterrupted views of the gulf and just steps from the front door of this beautiful property.The house is gorgeous, clean, and well appointed with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Beds are super comfy, and lots of extra perks… kayak, bikes, tons of beach gear.Hosts were very responsive and so nice.Hands down our favorite!!

Multi Family

Awesome location! Beach and water were beautiful and never crowded. We had 6 adults and 7 kids (3-12 years old). Pool was used every day (morning shade and afternoon sun). Kitchen was nice, we used it for breakfast and lunch everyday. Everyone loved the beds and layout worked great for our group. It’s the perfect location if you love going to the beach everyday or multiple times a day. They responded to all our questions even restaurant recommendations and they were spot on! Hope to stay here next year.
