Located in Moultonborough in the Braun Bay area is an Impressive 4,000 sf open concept lake house with a spectacular southerly view of the lake & Belknap Mtns. The main house second floor has 2 master bedrooms each with a king size bed and full private bathrooms. 60" flat screen TV in the living room and a dining area for 12. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king and the other with 3 singles. There is a TV area with Video games and a pullout couch as well. The 24'x32' Guest House is a studio style, full live-in suite with a King size bed, living area with internet TV, full bathroom and kitchen. A great area for a couple with young children when a quite place is needed.

Enjoy the 315 ft sandy waterfront with 20'x20' sandy beach with firepit. 20'x38' Boat House with large screened in area for dining or just hanging out. Level lots for outdoor games, Gazebo area with large grill. Private 2.4 acres abuts 400+ acres conservation land that has walking, hiking and snowmobile trails. Year round house with all the privacy and amenities you could ever imagine.

Great place for large family group.

Beautiful spot for views, boating, swimming, etc. the owner was extremely helpful and available for anything we needed. We had “kids” from 1 1/2 to 101 and had a fantastic time kayaking, boating, swimming, and barbecuing! Highly recommend !
