LIMITED LATE SUMMER AVAILABILITY WITH PREFERRED PRICING! This stunning Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront home comfortably sleeps 15 people, including children. The 3000 sq. ft. property features 4 bedrooms (including a large primary bedroom suite on the first floor) and 3 bathrooms in the main house. Tucked away in the separate guest house is two queen beds and a twin sofa bed, and yet another full bathroom. What a sanctuary for late-night whispered secrets!

This lake home has all the comforts of modern living, including internet, cable, washer/dryer upstairs and downstairs, and updated appliances in the kitchen. There is a brand-new water filtration system, 4-zone A/C in the main house and a split A/C unit in the guest house.

The property features a large sand beach and southwest exposure to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the dock. There are two single kayaks, one double kayak and two paddle boards waiting for your enjoyment! There is also a public boat launch about 100 yards from the property for very easy access to launch your boat. If you plan to rent a boat, there are several marinas in the area. An Aquaglide Bouncer Raft has been installed off the private dock and is available for guest use!

The real star of this home is straight out of your dreams – a covered open-air entertainment room right at the water's edge! Imagine using the high-end Lynx appliances for making those amazing family meals, and sharing those meals at the dining island and the table that accommodates 12. And as the sun dips below the horizon, retire to the spacious sitting area, where the warmth of a gas fireplace mingles with the evening breeze. Here, with a drink in hand, you'll tell stories and relish the magic of the days spent at the lake. This is the space you'll enjoy throughout your vacation and make memories that will last a lifetime!

The outside living area and kitchen was the centerpiece of our family stay. It was extremely well done and beautifully designed and the large dock where we could have our boat immediately accessible to us was fantastic. We did need to learn how to navigate the lake because of the rocks and the narrow channels, but that was an enjoyable adventure. We didn't realize how far we were from Wolfeboro and the other towns surrounding the lake and didn't anticipate the true magnitude of this beautiful lake. We had many adventures and will come back year to year!

Best Family Vacation Ever

The house was perfect with its own private beach, water trampoline, and wraparound dock. Everything we needed was at our fingertips which made the whole week relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing like teaching your 4 yr old grandson to fish from the dock, kayak out to the island, or talk about the day around the firepit at night. The landscaping around the house was was beautiful and well maintained which added to the vacation vibe.Recommend highly for large families.

Reunion at the lake

Lake house vacation rental

Reviewer Comments: the outside areas of the house were awesome. huge deck and nice little beach area great for kids. the house itself was good for our group of five adults and two kids. the two upstairs bedrooms got pretty hot and made sleeping sometimes difficult. there are no lake views (or any views!) from the two upstairs bedrooms with only skylights for ventilation. the downstairs master had a great lake view and could be opened up nicely for a breeze at night. overall a good lake location.

Perfect family gathering site!

The deck wrapping around the little peninsula of trees with great climbing rock offers a shady place to sit all hours of the day, and perfect opportunity for grandchildren to catch mostly sunfish. The open space big room, porch and master bedroom are all with beautiful views of this quiet cove in the lake for sunrise to sunset Something for all ages -- our grandchildren loved walking to the nearby Suissevale neighborhood playground and beach where we could use outdoor fire pits to roast marshmallows for smores. Kayaking around the little islands was fun for all. We enjoyed visiting the local Castle in the Clouds for lunch, feeding fish, and trolley ride to the Castle with beautiful views of the lake. The weather was beautiful for our last week in June -- and without mosquitoes! We all loved this experience.

Summer vacation 2016 - Lake Winnipesaukee

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent each year on Lake Winnipesaukee through At The Lake Rentals. This year we rented a different property since my son-in-law & son wanted to bring their dogs (both rescues and well behaved). Most properties do not allow dogs but I was pleasantly surprised that this property did. The property has a great deck and the views of the lake are beautiful. The sandy beach was great for my 1 year old grandaughter. The house was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. You do have to use bottled water which I wasn't used to and I would suggest some new lounge chairs for the deck and the shrub on the stairs trimmed. The property also has no air conditioning but there are plenty of fans to use. Overall it is a great property - the sunroon and gazebo are great areas to find some quiet if desired. The living area is spacious with comfortable and more than adequate seating. I would highly recommend this property.

For the price charged I expected: 3 WORKING bathrooms, a master bath shower without disgusting water damage, all lamps to be in working order, a clean grill, a clean gazebo, the living room window to be without dead bugs and cobwebs. The master bedroom beareau was smelly and in disrepair. Bed coverings were in need of thorough washing...spiders all over the room. Stained pillows. Dirty outdoor furniture. Deck is getting wobbly. Spider webs on most windows. Kitchen drawers full of leftover stuff from prior renters..messy and dirty. Smelly under sink. THIS PLACE NEEDS A TOP TO BOTTOM CLEANING AND SPRUCING UP. WAY OVERPRICED for this dirty, crumbling home. Reduce price or clean this place up. Will never rent this place or with your company again. Shameful. Would not recommend! This review will never see the light of day!

The expansive deck provides a scenic place to lounge or dock a rented boat from the Melvin Marina for a day of tubing. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. There are many rooms to retreat to an enjoy views of the lake. At The Lake Vacation Rentals Management Company was very helpful and prompt responding to all of our questions. A+ for an overall experience. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the house, however, it was not as updated as the pictures lead us to believe. The interior definitely needs updating, and it was very frustrating that we couldn't walk down the deck stairs without getting scratched from the overgrown bushes and landscaping surrounding it. And a clean shower curtain would have been nice. For the amount of money we paid for the week, those little things really would have made a big difference. But overall, the house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 children. And we loved the close proximity of the house to the beach area.

Home needs attention

Door off hinges, blinds broken taken down but not replaced. Hair stuck on bathroom walls along w/hair product. Wad of gum left on night stand, bathrooms dirty. No sufficient air flow if you are sleeping on 2nd floor with high humidity. Second floor shower out of commission (paid for 3 working bathrooms), this was important to us.Would not rent vacation home again without first viewing.

The expansive dock brings you onto the lake outside without going anywhere. Decks, a small beach, a screened in cabana, outside fire urn on the dock, kayaks, paddle board and open spacious accommodations for all including a cottage out back! A beautiful park with beach and boat launch next door! Worth abounds! Exceptions are few and tolerable as the improvements continue (e.g, lawn to come this fall)! A truly exceptional rental!

Waterfront Delight

The screened in porch was perfect in the early morning to play with trains and cars! The docks were amaizing for our two boats and fishing for the little ones. They were catching fish every 2 minutes! The beach was gentle and everyone enjoyed getting in the water. The kids kayaks allowed the little guys to get out on the water with the adults. They loved being in control on their own boats. The landscaping was amazing. it was a great place to sit outside and enjoy the quiet and the beautiful lake. We loved being on this side of lake Winni as it was very quiet.The house handled us well. We would definitely return.
