Having recently undergone an extensive renovation, this oceanfront villa is now back on the rental market. Located in simply one of the best areas in Wild Dunes Resort, it's the perfect vacation spot and just steps from the beach and community pool.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has it all. Upon entering the unit, you are greeted with contemporary decor, unique finishes, and pleasant beach vibes. The gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen is highlighted with modern details, beautiful cabinetry, and new appliances. The dining area, which is centered in the open floor plan, has table seating for 6 guests. The living room area offers a large flat screen TV and sectional couch, perfect for lounging and enjoying some down-time.
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom, consisting of a king size bed, TV, private bath, and ocean view balcony access. The additional two bedrooms are located on the opposite site of the condo. Bedroom two also contains a king bed, ocean view balcony, and TV. And bedroom three is equipped with one queen bed and one twin bed. Each of these bedrooms has a private bathroom. All of the bathrooms in the condo are set up with a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy sunrise views or evening cocktails on the spacious balcony, overlooking both the community pool and Atlantic Ocean.

Plenty of room for six adults, kitchen was stocked nicely and didn't need anything in addition. The beds were all cozy and everything was clean. The pool and beach access was well maintained and the community was quite. We made lots of memories and would stay here again.

The place is great! Loved the ambience and furniture. We had a few problems with the pool code, took two emails to get the correct one. There were a few tall plastic cups that leaked, batteries were missing and didn’t work for the bedroom fan, the smallest bathroom light flickered and the second biggest bedroom the light switch didn’t work.

Summerhouse was a perfect get away for a long weekend with the kids. Newly renovated with everything you need. Easy parking. Easy walk to the beach. Kids can ride bikes anywhere. Good price point. Will remember this spot for the future.

Loved staying here. The location & beach were perfect, and not crowded even considering it was June. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms the day we arrived, and it was handled right away, and was not a big deal. We would definitely consider staying here again. The one feedback we had was that them bed in the primary bedroom was very soft to the point where it caved in the middle and might be time to be replaced. Otherwise - perfect!

BEAUTIFUL Condo, just steps from the beach!

This property was exactly as stated… beautiful and well appointed. We loved staying in this beautiful condo and will return when we can. There’s a beautiful view of the ocean and pool from the balcony. Three large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A nice big kitchen with a small breakfast table. A large dining room table and two outdoor eating areas. You will not be disappointed with this property!!

The condo was very nice, well maintained, clean, equipped, easy access. The issue was with the construction going on in the adjacent building. Though communicated prior to stay, I was not expecting the heavy grinding noise and dust) to start at 7:30AM, especially on a Saturday morning. Coffee on the deck wasn’t possible. I would recommend the condo and would stay here again in heart beat once the construction is completed.

206 Summerhouse

Condo was roomy and had everything you need for a nice vacation. My disappointment comes from the management team that never responded to my email in regards to some conditions of appliances and hardware in the bathrooms that require their attention. We had to clean the washer because it was full of mold and the shower handle fell off the wall. If they would have just responded and maybe apologized that would be nice considering the cost of the unit. The other important thing to note is cellular service was horrible. This was true for the upper half of Wild Dunes. We had to use WiFi calling and even then it was sporadic. WiFi from condo was good.

Beautiful condo. Beds were super clean and comfortable. Lots of space. Complaints : master toilet needs screws tightened on the floor and kitchen cabinet drawer comes off guides/broken. Patio needs updating - it doesn't match the rest of the condo. Overall, wonderful stay and beautiful property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you
