Whatever your heart’s desire, you’ll find it at 307 Summerhouse. Beautifully designed and appointed, 307 Summerhouse is striking as you enter this wonderful home. Your heart will skip a beat as you look out at the oceanfront view of this newly renovated condo.
Throughout the condo, you will find new paint, smooth ceilings, and additional lighting. The kitchen has new paint, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring. You have two options for dining. One is a four-person table in the kitchen nook while the other is between the living room and the kitchen with a brand new dining table that seats six with two additional seats at the bar. The professionally coordinated living room is simply gorgeous with two new swivel chairs that can be used as conversation pieces or to look out at the ocean.
Two of the three bedrooms each feature a king bed with ocean views and new furniture for both bedrooms. The third bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed and two full beds (bunk). Each bedroom also features a full private bath.
Your heart will fall in love with the interior of 307 Summerhouse. When it is time to hit the water, your heart will race with excitement as you are torn between the private pool for the Summer House Community, or the sand and surf truly unique to the Isle of Palms. The Summer House pool has plenty of deck chairs for your family, and the water is crystal blue.
The beach at Summer House is one of the widest on the Island, and the surf can be as calm as a lake at low tide, offering the fun of riding breakers as the tide rolls in. Offshore sand bars are the reason that the ocean is so calm at certain periods of the day.

• High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Summer House Community Pool Access.
• Full size washer and dryer.
• Parking for two cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.

- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
