New, well equipped with perfect location

I stayed at this lovely apartment for a week in July. It is very close to the beach and to the center of Juan les Pins. There are supermarket, bakery and grocery close to the apart. There are all necessary equipment, including beach towels and umbrella. Very hospitable and always-ready-to-help owners.

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Haus in fantastischer Lage. Der Strand ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt, und Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte befinden sich direkt im Erdgeschoss. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe.Wir waren super zufrieden

Ohne zu übertreiben eine der besten Ferienwohnungen bisher für uns.Die Gastgeber geben ihr Bestes, dass es in der Wohnung an nichts fehlt und es auch für die nächsten Gäste so bleibt.Die Bemühungen von Laurence und Jean-Marc für einen guten Empfang, die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft sind absolut vorbildlich und für uns nicht selbstverständlich. Dafür auch hier nochmal vielen Dank, es war wirklich eine Freude!Der persönliche Empfang und die professionelle Betreuung der Unterkunft haben uns sehr beeindruckt, chapeau!Die Sauberkeit war makellos. In der Umgebung gibt es alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Strände, Stadtzentrum, Apotheke, Optiker, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle,E-Bikes, etc.).Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung kann man das Auto (Garage im Haus gegenüber) auch stehen lassen und zum Bahnhof (10 min zu Fuß) gehen, für Ausflüge nach z.B. Cannes ist dies meist die bessere Option. Wir erhielten ein Zustellbett fürs Kind und Bettwäsche kostenlos dazu, was auch nicht überall so ist, Platz für 6 Personen ist gegeben.A/C sind in jedem Raum vorhanden, alle Einrichtungen funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein großer Warmwasserspeicher ist vorhanden und sogar Heizungen für die kalte Jahreszeit. Auf dem großen Balkon ist eine Markise zum verdunkeln und Sichtschutz angebracht, 3 TV's vorhanden. Aufzug bringt sie direkt zum Apartment, am Hauseingang sind wenige zu Stufen.Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen.

Top Lage in Juan-les-Pins

Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 Minuten vom öffentlichen Strand zu Fuss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich vis à vis. Gastgeberin sehr nett. Hand und Badetücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und alles ist vorhanden . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Très bel appartement fonctionnel, bien situé proches commerces et super plage tranquille. Idéal pour sortir en soirée et très bons restaurants à proximité Super accueil des propriétaires encore merci à eux pour leur disponibilité et leurs conseils. Je recommande cet appartement refait à neuf à tous ceux qui veulent profiter de cette belle ville antibes Juan les pins

Vacances très agréables et confortables

Je vous recommande cet appartement pour : - la disponibilités des propriétaires quelque soit l heure d arrivée et départ - une belle bouteille de rose a dispo de l eau... Des bonbons pour mon fils - juste a poser ses bagages ... - la propreté et les photos sont a l identique du descriptif Ayant l habitude des appartements a Juan les pins celui ci est le meilleur Je vous recommande vivement les logements de ces propriétaires.

Sublime appartement pour des vacances réussies

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce superbe appartement impeccable, très bien décoré et proche de tout. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture garée et tout faire à pied. De vraies vacances ! Je recommande la ville d'Antibes et ce logement.
