Sleeping six people comfortably with a total of three bedrooms. A primary suite with ensuite and a full hall bathroom. The building offers an elevator, and the condo is one level. Great space for families that struggle with steps.
LOCATION: The beautifully decorated condominium is conveniently located off Route 1, just 1.5 miles from the boardwalk. This property sits in an ideal location just 1 mile from Jungle Jim's Water Park, the Park and Ride, and a short 2.5-mile drive to Dewey Beach. You can enjoy tax-free shopping around the corner at Tanger Outlets or enjoy a bike ride on the Junction & Breakwater Trail steps away from the community.
PARKING: Plenty of parking. They are not assigned.
AMENITIES: The Grande at Canal Pointe is a beautiful community with excellent amenities, including two pools, a playground, two community gyms, and clubhouses. Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, central AC, and ceiling fans.
THINGS TO KNOW: This community requires a seven-night reservation. Linens are not supplied. However, the host offers a linen rental package. No pets and no smoking!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay!

This was our first stay at this particular property when our usual yearly vacation condo was unavailable. We were definitely not disappointed! The property was VERY clean, the elevator made access to the top floor easy, and there was enough space for our family of 5 (2 adults/3 children). We will definitely be adding this condo to our list of go-to rentals. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us!

Great Beach House

This beach house was great. It had everything we needed. My boys loved the elevator access. It was a nice, clean, and quiet neighborhood. The Giant grocery store, outlets, hiking trail and beach access were all conveniently located closeby. We had such a nice time.

Overall Great Stay

Cute little condominium with great space! Everything is a short drive to get to, but did not mind. Only thing that should be communicated a little better is the TV situation. There’s no cable, so you have to use the different streaming sites in order to watch tv.
