THE SPACE The impressive great room features high ceilings, oversized windows with spectacular mountain views, leather furnishings and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen, with high end stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, is fully stocked and there is seating for 10 with the dining room table and breakfast bar. After a long day of skiing or exploring the Roaring Fork Valley, star gaze while soaking in the hot tub, relax on the back patio or enjoy game night near the fire.
The Primary bedroom suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, gorgeous mountain views and a private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bathtub and steam shower. This spacious second bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom is furnished with double. The lower-level bedrooms can be accessed by a private entrance. One is furnished with a set of twin beds and the other with a double bed, love seat and a kitchenette.

All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather. P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems. Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Incredible home for large family gatherings

Perfect property for a larger group! We were 4 couples on a weekend get-a-away. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated, and the beds and bedding luxurious. The only negative was that the air conditioning wasn’t working well. But we opened the windows at night and slept well.
This is a fabulous property, in terms of size, location and amenities. It lacks some basic caretaking-there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed (fire place out of order, light bulbs needing replacement, garbage cans full upon our arrival, master bathroom shower faulty), and it lacks a coffee table to make the living room more user friendly. Fantastic kitchen, bedrooms are comfy, linens were really nice, and heated garage was helpful in winter.

We are a group of skiers who find this down valley location great for skiing at Snowmass. The house was very clean and nicely laid out although the heat was uneven. One bedroom claimed a queen bed although it was really a double bed much to the disappointment of the couple who slept in that bed. We would consider staying again if the double bed was replaced with a real queen.

Amazing home, perfect location!
Beautiful home, exceeded our expectations! We cannot say enough about how perfect the house was for our family vacation. Furnished with everything we needed, we felt comfortable and relaxed. Three bedrooms have attached baths, allowing privacy and separation. Two downstairs bedrooms share a bath. A loft area with tv, and a separate office provided additional areas to work or relax. Kitchen is appointed with every appliance imaginable. Although minutes from the main highway, the location is very private. Surrounded by trees, we were visited by deer and turkeys daily. Beautiful patio and hot tub in nicely landscaped back yard. Quick access to restaurants and groceries. Short drive to Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs. Kate Dehm with KEYLINK vacation rentals is outstanding. She is attentive, thorough, and kept up excellent communication with us, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this home again, and highly recommend it.
