Mountain view 300 sq ft. Private Entrance Suite

This is a romantic room - quiet- and separate from the main house. Non-smoking home. The bathroom is shared, so others will be using it. I clean it daily. Fireplace can be used upon request. Microwave, mini frig, toaster over, fresh water, coffee maker, cups and glasses for guest in room. Towels and washcloths provided. Shampoo and body wash provided. Extra pillows and a blanket in room. Closet with shoe rack. Organic coffee, creamer, sugar for use for guests in the room. Mountain views from my yard and property, sunset view from back deck. Back deck has gas grill and table chairs and umbrellas with Chiminea upon request. Back yard has fire pit and chairs for use for guests upon request. Quiet neighborhood and easy 7-10 min drive to downtown ( not including traffic). 5 min drive to downtown West Asheville. Quiet time is at 10:30p and no parties or illegal drugs / substances. Must have at least one guest 25 years old or older. Photo id and current photo on profile and I do check in from 3-8p with a check in appointment. Late arrival check in - if not given 1 hours notice has a late check- in fee. ( This is due to me having appointments, family commitments and work) I'm available for guests to text if they need anything or have questions.

I have a long story about this property. Mountain views, sunsets are my weakness. I love this property and have lived here happily for over 15 years.

What makes this property unique

Room has as much as a hotel has to offer except the private bathroom. Private entrance. Full privacy. Bathroom is cleaned daily. We are a eco-friendly property and try to lesson our carbon footprint. We do not use chemical or mainstream cleaning products. No perfumes. We do use essential oils and natural cleaning products. Washer dryer is available for use for guests.
