I have a Master's Degree and am a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. We are in the process of expanding this property to function as a regenerative farm, education and wellness retreat center. Jay is a Licensed Professional Land surveyor who owns his own company, Garland Land Surveying. We've been blessed with 3 boys and love living in Western Montana. We built our cabin with our bare hands and love staying there as much as we can! We hope you enjoy it too!

Why they chose this property

This property took 15 years to build as we did it all ourselves. We lived in our 1984 Volkswagen Westfalia for 6 months through the winter when we first started building the cabin. Every inch was hand constructed by Jay and I. It was definitely a labor of love!

What makes this property unique

The views from the deck are indescribable--especially the sunset. The rustic setting with a quick drive to town makes this property unique--it's like you're in the middle of nowhere yet can be in downtown Missoula in less than 30 minutes. The landscape, views, wildlife and abundant recreational opportunities make this luxury cabin feel like a high end, mountain paradise.
