About the host
Hosted by Amber Gustainis
We've been VRBO hosts since 2015 and really enjoy the fabulous reviews we consistently receive and reading all about our guests' experiences. We also use the property as our Montana "getaway cabin" several weeks per year with our family and friends and we always try to keep it updated, functional and comfortable. Our favorite part of the cabin (aside from the obvious spectacular views and peace and quiet) is the variety of sitting and eating spaces available. No matter how large or small the group, you can always find that quiet spot to read, nap or just enjoy the sound of the creek and the views.
Why they chose this property
Although it was quite the project when we purchased the property, we immediately fell in love with it even though it was rough and neglected. We saw the potential and knew it could be a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy Montana so we've invested a substantial amount of capital, elbow grease and love to renovate it from top to bottom to make it the relaxing and beautiful spot it is today and we are excited to share it with you.
What makes this property unique
We believe our view of, and the access to the creek and surrounding mountains sets it apart. In the last 12 plus years we've quadrupled the size of the back deck, rebuilt and doubled the size of the master bedroom deck, built a staircase down to the creek where we added another small deck next to the water. In 2018 we added The Winchester cabin that can be added to the main rental that has two more bedrooms with queen beds and a trundle bed set up that is a great option for the kids. For more information on how to add this to your rental, please send us a request with the maximum number of people in your party.
