Our guests also get use of the Charleston County Gold Pass which gives them admission to numerous Charleston County parks. Free entry with pass to James Island County Park Christmas Lights Festival! Go to the beach as often as you like. Parking is free with pass at the Isle of Palms County Park.

The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is set off from the main thoroughfare. In walking distance to Trader Joe's, Aldi's, Whole Foods, Walgreens, and Shem Creek. There's a great Thai restaurant just at the corner. A 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston or Sullivan's Island beach. Picturesque Shem Creek bars and restaurants, Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park, Cooper River Bridge, and Patriot’s Point Yorktown are within 1-2 miles distance. 20 minutes to Charleston International Airport.
Bus stop is about 15 minute walk near the Whole Foods Shopping Center area on Houston Northcutt Blvd.

House Rules
1) No pets.
2) No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches, decks, or yard. A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out.
3) No cooking seafood inside as it leaves an odor.
4) No parties or events. We ask that all guests are respectful of our neighbors and friends. No parties or large gatherings are permitted or entire security deposit will be forfeited.
5) No bachelor/bachelorette gatherings of any sort.
6) We provide a few beach towels in the laundry closet. No sandy beach towels in washing machine please.
7) Electric fireplace is inoperable for safety reasons. Please do not try to use.
8) Only park on right side of townhouse half way on gravel and half on alley. Do not park on back end of gravel near back alley so as to prevent cars coming around the corner from hitting your vehicle. Do not park on grass or under trees behind the townhouse.
9) No subletting allowed.
10) No unregistered guests allowed.
11) If Charleston County Parks membership card is lost, guest will be charged $25 for replacement.
Host reserves the right to request copy of valid govt-issued ID and signed Rental Agreement from Guest within 48 hours of booking. The Rental Agreement will be sent to Guest in a separate email once booking request has been confirmed.
