Amazing Lake and Smoky Mountain Views from this Charming Lake House.

Amazing Lakeside and Smoky Mountain views just minutes away from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Bring your family and enjoy the views of Douglas Lake with the Smoky Mountains in the backdrop in our comfortable Lake house. The Lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 8. There is a sleeper sofa in the den.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, etc. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels in the washer - no need to turn on.
Please take trash out to the carport trash can. Please place only bagged trash in the can. It uses the same key as the house.
Leave beds that were used unmade.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
**Septic System: Please do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. - No sanitary products, tissues or wipes **
Please note, there is a step down tub in the master. If you have mobility issues please use the guest tub. Also the jets on the tub are not working.
