Amazing Lakeside and Smoky Mountain views just minutes away from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Bring your family and enjoy the views of Douglas Lake with the Smoky Mountains in the backdrop in our comfortable Lake house. The Lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 8. There is a sleeper sofa in the den.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, etc. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels in the washer - no need to turn on.
Please take trash out to the carport trash can. Please place only bagged trash in the can. It uses the same key as the house.
Leave beds that were used unmade.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
**Septic System: Please do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. - No sanitary products, tissues or wipes **
Please note, there is a step down tub in the master. If you have mobility issues please use the guest tub. Also the jets on the tub are not working.

We had a great stay! There was plenty of room for everyone. And the view from the back of the house is amazing. The shower situation in the primary bath could use some updating. Overall a great stay. We will definitely be coming back!

This property was very clean and cozy. The view was amazing! The property was a short distance to everything. We loved waking up and having coffee on the deck while enjoying the lake and mountain views. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

This is a fantastic property and home. The listing is very accurate. The owner was highly responsive and delightful. It is almost a 1900 square foot house with lots of room, large bathrooms and plenty of amenities. There is a huge new washer and dryer which was helpful as this was the middle of a several weeks stay down in the south. The house is not brand new but everything was functional and we loved our views and doing yoga on the deck! There was plenty of paper and cleaning products that you would need for bathrooms and kitchen. The basket coffee maker attached to the Keurig both worked excellent. We even got to see a rainbow over Douglas lake! We got a good deal on a pontoon rental at Smoky Mountain H2O Sports nearby although the kayak rentals from that place were tiny bit pricey. Going on Sunday and Monday nights for dinner were a bit challenging as they are in most places. We are mobile 60 plus year olds and had no problems with the step down shower and appreciated The Squatty potty! As two of us are just about 5 ft tall! There are a lot of great birds to see in the area. So many eagles, osprey and many other songbirds. The driveway is not to be feared. It is short and relatively easily navigated. Super private property. It is not lake accessible, about 9 stories up from lake. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this beautiful locale! The views from the house were amazing! What a way to start the day!Andrew was such a big help with any questions we had. He answered promptly and made sure that we were happy.The house is great! It has so much character and it is so roomy. The furniture is comfortable and there's plenty of places to sit, recline, and chill. The TVs work great and having YouTubeTV is an excellent way to stream entertainment. We watched a few good movies while we were there.The road to the house is hilly and scenic. It is so fun to drive these up and down roads when you come from a very flat place like we do. The location is great and very close to so much! We went to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg while we were there. Being so close to Buc-ee's was also a real plus! First, for their cheap gas, and then for all the goodies!You have to stop by Douglas Dam and snap some pics. There is an observation area (two actually: one up high and one lower) where you can take pics. We didn't stop at "The Dam Store," but we got a kick out of it every time we drove by.Andrew's place is a real charmer! Be sure to read his description carefully so that you are aware of the unique tub in the master bathroom. Take advantage of this great location and enjoy the view!

Great location with a wonderful veiw of Douglas lake. House is cozy and clean and has a neat layout. Master bedroom is large and has a semi private (curtain seperates from living room) area with office table and desk this room leads out to deckas well. Bathroom in the master bedroom is very nice it has a step down old style bath Bath, it no longer works but there's a nice shower in there. It it is a big step down and step out so if you're short or have any problems with your knees you might want to take one of the other bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms are also very nice one of the bedrooms is close in size to the mattress bedroom where the other one is just a bit smaller but still more than enough room for people per bedroom in the same hallway there is a very nice bathroom with all the amenities that takes you into the kitchen dining room area which has nice appliances and plenty of counter space. The deck is really nicely laid out and there is a entrance from the dining room out to it great View good place to spend your mornings drinking coffee. Will be coming back as this is a great value for the price. If I had to improve anything It would be nice to see a hot tub added to the property as well as a TV in the larger second bedroom. When the TV's on out in the living room you can hear and see the light reflecting into the master bedroom so a TV in the other bedrooms would be great.

Amazing views of the Smokey Mountains and the lakefront - what more does one need?? Nightly viewing of the fireworks from Dollywood is the extra bonus. Well equipped home and perfect location to head down to Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge or to Knoxville.

Wonderful home with a spectacular view!

This is a wonderful, comfortable home, with a spectacular view of both the sunrise and the sunset. You can also see the Douglas Dam from the porch. We loved this place and did not want to leave!
