Tucked quietly among the trees, The Courting Cabin is a small, Appalachian-style retreat for two, complete with a private hot tub—perfect for slowing down, unplugging, and staying close.
Inspired by the early days of courtship, this cabin offers a more meaningful kind of getaway. It’s not large or luxurious, but intentionally rustic, intimate, and full of character—the kind of place where time softens and the outside world fades away.
The Space:
Inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting space with everything you need and nothing you don’t. It’s ideal for couples looking to reconnect and enjoy each other’s company without distraction.
Step outside and you’re surrounded by 8.5 wooded acres, where quiet comes easy and the pace naturally slows. Slip into your private hot tub under the trees, unwind after a day of exploring, and enjoy the kind of stillness that’s hard to find anywhere else.
While the cabin feels tucked away, it’s part of a small, peaceful cabin village, offering access to shared fire pits and open gathering spaces—there if you want them, easy to avoid if you don’t.
• A comfortable queen bedroom
• Full bathroom stocked with towels, soaps, and body wash
• Warm wood interiors with a relaxed mountain vibe
• Sofa seating for cozy evenings in
• Roku streaming TV + DVD player
• Fireplace for chilly nights & AC for summer comfort
• Efficiency kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven
• Outdoor 3-burner propane grill with side burner
Step outside to your covered porch featuring a private 2-person hot tub and rocking chairs — the perfect setting for morning coffee or late-night conversations.

The cabin is conveniently located just a few minutes for Ocoee rafting and downtown McCaysville. When we revisit Blue Ridge, GA, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!
The property was just perfect for an anniversary getaway. Off the beaten path but extremely close to town & all the area shops, restaurants & attractions. Would definitely visit again! Cabin # 3 was perfect for a couple… we grilled steaks, watched movies, enjoyed the hot tub & drank coffee on the quiet little porch. 10/10 recommend!

Would be nice to have had at least one coffee pack to get thru the first morning...in case we got there too late to hit the grocery. The toilet flush mechanism sticks...needs attention. Other than that - great stay!

Relaxing
We had cabin #3 ; it was comfortable and perfect. We grilled dinner both nights, hot tub was relaxing and bed was so comfortable we went to bed early and slept late. We were trying to unplug and enjoy each other. No cell phone service, YEA. We could check internet and catch news. Hiked turtletown falls and visited Reliance Fly and Tackle Shop. The area of Copperhill is beautiful. The new owners are friendly and accommodating. We will go back.

We were notified in advance that there was a fund raiser for the date we arrived. we were also invited as well. This place was so beautiful! We only had one minor issue and that was taken care of immediately. This was nestled in the woods and was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay again!
Took my wife here for a birthday weekend getaway and had a lovely stay. The hot tub was so relaxing after our days spent hiking. Lots of local good food nearby like Kenny's Pizza.
Everett and Lesa have an amazing little spot nestled in the woods. My wife and I enjoyed every moment from the welcome to the departure. It was smooth and friendly at every turn. And make sure to say hi to Rona the Welcome Dog. She will greet you every chance she gets. We cannot wait to go back!
Wonderful little cabin for a perfect mountain getaway!
Everett and Lesa were amazing hosts and made our experience so great! They helped us when things weren’t going smoothly and we’re very kind about everything. 10/10 would stay here again 🤩
This cabin felt like a home away from home and was stocked with anything I could’ve possibly needed! The owners were very friendly and available if needed
We thoroughly enjoyed everything. They had a separate place with pool table, ping pong table, big tv,bar, and sectional. Very clean. Loved the hot tub too!
