This beautifully-decorated, updated 3rd-floor condo in the desirable community of Ciboney, offers all the comforts of home while providing a gorgeous view and easy accessibility to our own private stretch of Destin's famous emerald waters and crystal beaches. One step inside the door and a glimpse of the Gulf make our visitors say, "Ahhhh!"

Step into the cool, wood surfaced hallway with its soothing tropical tones and you are headed straight for the open-concept living area with flat screen TV. The bright white, airy kitchen has new granite countertops with under-mount sink and a breakfast bar that seats four. The dining table has seating for another six, so there's plenty of room for family dinners together. The comfortable, tastefully designed living room opens to the large, covered balcony where you can relax with a cool drink, while "drinking" in the breathtaking view.

After a day on the beach, or dinner at nearby Pompano Joe's, come home to rest in one of the nicely updated bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king beds and the Master bedroom has a walkout to the balcony where you can wake up to the panoramic ocean landscape. The third bedroom has bunk beds. This unit is perfect for families traveling together, a guy's golfing trip or a girlfriend getaway. The unit is complete with a full-sized washer and dryer, so no more vacation laundry when arriving back home. But we warn you–it's hard to leave this place! All bedrooms have TV's

The neighborhood has no through-traffic, which is greatly appreciated by families with kids. There is plenty of parking, tennis courts and a private pool.

Everything you need is nearby including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin, Harborwalk and all the different Destin attractions and recreational activities. There is truly something for every member of the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, from sports and adventure to shopping and spas; the Destin area has it all.

Rent a boat or paddle board. Play golf or stumble upon a treasure on the beach or at one of the many shopping areas. Go deep-sea fishing or explore the famed, expansive Choctawhatchee Bay in what is known as the "world's luckiest fishing village." Destin-dining is also world-famous among foodies and regular folks alike. You can skydive, sail, cruise, dolphin watch, and explore the many opportunities that await you on the emerald shores of this stretch of the incredibly scenic panhandle of Florida. Great Place!

We enjoyed our four night stay! Place is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Very convenient to be just across the street from the beach and felt perfectly safe. Loved the balcony with nice view of the ocean. The only complaint would be that the front bedroom king size bed was so squeaky (or loud) every time one rolls over or moves…might need to replace mattress set. The bunk bed room is literally a closet but will easily sleep two kids. The sectional sofa is comfy and can sleep one or two as well. Overall, great place!

Overall, my family and I had a great time during our stay. The beach access is directly across the street which was super convenient as we had children with us. The beach is clean and the water was very clear and pretty. The condo has everything you need to make your stay feel like you’re at home.

It was beautiful very well kept nice place to stay wonderful restaurants it's nice walking outside landscape very nice , here in the ocean from your balcony at night time we loved it. The only complaint we would have is the steps going down to the beach we're very hard on you especially if you had a wagon or stuff to carry which most people do they really need to put a ramp there but overall it was wonderful

We stayed at this location last year but in a different unit. We loved this unit it’s neat clean very well decorated. It was just enough room for my family of 5. Only downside to the complex in general is the steep stairs to the beach access. I really wish they would consider building a ramp. Would make things so much easier to pack up all your beach stuff to bring back across the street. Even with that being said we love the location and will continue to stay again next year!!

Best get away before school starts

The property was modern and charming. We had plenty of room to spread out. The movie selection in the unit was BANANAS!!! We instacarted groceries. The walk to the beach was 3 minutes. We were able to get around town. There are not that many walkable restaurants for dinner so I recommend getting dinner groceries or ridesharing like we did. The property manager was easy to communicate with and was very attentive. Our family had a great time and spent 3 days/4 nights and loved every minute. Thank you for the memories.

Decently nice

We stayed here during the end of May. My biggest complaint was it wasn’t nearly as clean as I felt it should be for the price. The dishwasher didn’t work well, the dryer didn’t work, and the microwave was broken. However even though there was an issue with those. Don’t let the reflect you decision on staying here. We overall enjoyed our stay and would come back even with those issues 100%.

Great location to beach access

Beach access for family of 5 was ideal. There was an issue upon arrival of our door code not working. Luckily the property cleaning staff was already in our condo and she was able to contact management directly for a refresh code and we were able to get in. King bed was extremely uncomfortable, but condo is nice size and cute. I recommend brining your own toilet tissue- 1 ply style provided, paper towels- 1 roll, and trash bags if staying longer than a couple days; im glad we thought to bring additional. Overall a great place to stay right across the street from the beautiful emerald coast. Would return to Ciboney Condos for another stay!

Vacation

It was a cute room. We did have a few issues with the property. The A/C broke and took about the 4 days to get fixed. However, they got it fixed and kept us in the loop. The toilet broke as well but again they fixed it the next day and kept us in the loop. The issues were out of our hand and the owner hand but hopefully it was fixed for the future stays. Love the property, apartment living is noisy. We heard EVERYTHING upstairs. The bed bed room close to the front door sweaks for every movement. Still a wonderful place to stay!

Good overall but missed the mark on a several important things

This is our 3rd time staying at Ciboney, but our first time in this particular unit. I love the location, we had a good view of the ocean and the unit was decorated nicely. We always stay here since it has its own beach access, and it’s beside our favorite restaurant. Our first issue was at checkin. The door code sent to me did not work at all, so after lugging up our bags we were stuck standing at the door in 100° heat trying to call the property manager to get us the correct code. Second, the dryer does not work. Like, at all. It took five cycles to even remotely get the towels dry, so we had to start hanging towels on the balcony instead. Lastly, I highly suggest changing whoever you use to launder the bedding. The sheets had obviously not been changed. There were long black hairs and what looked to be scabs on the bed after pulling back the covers, so after driving 7+ hours I had to wash the bedding before we could even sleep. The mattress pad also had an old menstrual stain that they look to have attempted to clean, but should have been thrown away completely. There was a set of clean sheets left on the couch (not sure if they knew they didn’t clean the linens and wanted us to change them or what) but they were queen size sheets and both beds were king. Overall, we love Ciboney and will be back, but we will not be staying in this unit or any units managed by this particular group again.

Celebrating 49 years of life

The room and location was just what we needed to do what we came to do!! head straight for the beach in a moment’s notice and be there in under FIVE MINUTES!! Our room was very open, clean, nicely, decorated and accommodating. The only disappointment was the balcony door off the living room being hard to maneuver to close turn in for the night. Thank you for giving us a clean and welcoming space to enjoy our visit to Destin

Just Like Home

Perfect Location

The location was perfect. Close walking distance to the beach and property manager was very helpful. Property was getting a facelift at the time of our stay but only cause a little inconvenience with parking.
