Rock climbing in Moab

Perfect house for Moab visit

We loved this house. There is so much to do in Moab so we didn’t spend much time inside but it was a perfect house to come back to at the end of our days. The hot tub was great to relax in after our long days on the trails and riding. Communication was great and Joyce is a very sweet host. I would stay here again for sure.

We love this house!

This is our third year staying at this beautiful property. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space after a long day hiking or riding dirt bikes. The house has everything you could ask for.

Hubcap Hideaway

Joyce was super to work with! Lots of parking for the toys. Plenty of room to spread out after playing all day. The hot tub was put to great use. You will enjoy your stay at Joyce's house.

Great house for a group!

Great house for our group of 8 adults. Comfy beds, spacious and the pool table area was a fun plus. Plenty of parking for 4 jeeps and garage space for all our tops and doors. Plate of cookies, milk and bag of coffee was so nice too! Highly recommend the house for larger groups or big families.

Perfect place for a large group looking to vacation in Moab!

Best place we’ve ever rented! We had a large group coming to Moab to ride and we found the perfect house. Not only was the inside amazing, but we had plenty of room to park three large vehicles with trailers. Maggie was so easy to work with and went out of her way to help us have a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back.

Moab Adventures

Our family participated in a reunion that included rafting, hiking, and mountain biking over several days in Moab, UT. This was a perfect home location out of the busy town center. A place to rest, relax, eat, and re-energize for the next days adventure. It was very clean, plenty of room for our group of 14 and there was even cookies and milk waiting for us when we arrived (that was a first for us) thanks Joyce.

So clean!

This was the cleanest Vrbo property we’ve ever stayed at! The house is exactly as pictured, clean, and well-stocked with everything you’ll need—kitchen appliances, an abundance of tableware, soaps, paper towels, etc. Our family hiked at Arches and Canyonlands when possible, and it was great to have the pool table as entertainment on rainy days. There was a minor issue with the keypad, and Joyce was at the house within a few minutes to get it working again. We’d definitely stay at this property again!

March in Moab

Beautiful property as advertised. Plenty of beds, blankets, extra supplies in the kitchen if you have forgotten salt, tin foil, etc. Cookies and milk left for us were gobbled up right away after our long drive from Vegas. The jacuzzi was just right after a long day of hiking in Devil’s Garden and Delicate Arch. The downtown food trucks were fun. Dewey’s Restaurant right downtown had great food and something for everyone from ages 11-62. There were 3 couches and a sectional for our group of ten, several TV’s, direct TV (to watch March Madness), big table for all of us to sit together and a nice island in the kitchen to serve our food. The kids loved the pool table, too! Thank you for letting us use this cozy home away from home.

I was born and raised in Moab and was blessed to raise my family here. Moab is so special to me- the landscape is incredible, and the people here are wonderful.
This house (formerly hosted by my sister, Maggie) is special to me as well and I want our guests to feel at home during their stay. I manage our family's storage facility so I am close by and readily available when needed. I am thrilled to share our home and this amazing place with all of our guests.

Many properties advertise that they sleep many people, however they have limited dining and seating areas which make them truly comfortable only for smaller groups. Our home is unique because there are not only plenty of beds for everyone, but we also have a large living room, separate family room, and garage/man cave. There's plenty of room for your group to cozy up, or spread out among the rooms! We also have a large patio table with plenty of seating, a grill and a large hot tub.
