Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please take the outdoor trash cans 1 or both if have trash in them up to the street by our mailbox when you leave.
Please make sure all outdoor toys/chairs are where you found them and life jackets are with kayaks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Swim at your own risk. Owners are not responsible. While swimming keep the dock power off. If you turn dock power on - turn off before you leave.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet time after 10 pm.
Only 4 cars are allowed. Neighbors will tow cars that are in their yard or blocking road.

We fell in love with this home the moment we opened the front door. The breathtaking lake views immediately caught our attention, and you can see the water from both master suites, the kitchen, and the den.

The house is perfect for family vacations, girls’ trips, fishing getaways, or simply a relaxing escape on the lake. With multiple covered and open-air decks, there’s plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset over the water.

With deep year-round water, you’re just steps away from swimming, kayaking, fishing, or simply unwinding on one of the cleanest lakes in North America.

We were also fortunate to have our home featured on Bargain Lakefront Homes on HGTV. Seeing the house on the show reminded us why we chose it in the first place—we truly believe it has one of the best views on Smith Lake.
