This awe-inspiring three bedroom getaway is in a premiere location of Cozumel, within a gated community and comes complete with a load of on-site amenities. Meaning once you’re here, you’re home. Coming in at a particularly spacious 1,665 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for entertaining, hosting new friends or spending time with your family.

The three bedrooms at Las Ventanas can accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom is large, thoughtfully-decorated and crafted with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. Both of these bedrooms have access to the second full bathroom. You'll be able to keep your cool in all the bedrooms which have ceiling fans as well as mini-split air conditioning units.

The easy flow from the kitchen to the living and dining rooms helps keep the conversation going. There are comfortable places to rest, relax and curl up on in the living room to read a book or watch TV. There is also a large dining table where you can have game night or enjoy a culinary creation that was whipped up in the contemporary, modern kitchen which hosts any all necessary appliances and utensils. Additional seating is available at a breakfast bar. Or step outside onto your balcony and enjoy coffee or cocktails amongst the tropical-like setting.

Las Ventanas is home to large pool and sundeck available for use by all guests. There is also a children’s play area, plenty of parking and beautiful grounds.

Whether your stay in Cozumel is for enjoying water sports or just taking it easy, there is truly something for everyone here. The Caribbean, home to some of the world’s best scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing is a short block away. There are also plenty of beach bars nearby where you can settle in for the day. This unit is on the ground floor. Las fantanas is located in the most wonderful place walkable to most everything. My significant other did not like the fact that the windows and sliding door did not lock properly. So I bought some dowel rods and a saw. Got that squared away. After that we were extremely happy with this unit. (I left the dowel rods!)

Cozumel jem just north of Downtown

Took my family to Cozumel for a week of R&R. Loved this unassuming 3Br 2Ba unit in I quite complex a few easy blocks north of the main square.Clean and comfortable.The Property manager was great. Good communication, helped with a rental car we needed for a day, arranged a taxi backed to the airport.We had one maintenance issue, a plastic handle broke, he had in replaced in no time.This place is modest and quiet, on a neighborhood street, and met our needs. Recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The property was beatifully manicured and well taken care of. The large pool was welcoming. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, even though we were very close to the water and the downtown core. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Grocery stores are a good walk, but doable. Guests at the pool were all willing to share the best places to eat, the best beaches, and the best way to get around. We would definitely return to Casa Denny

Spring Break Dive Trip

The Condo was spacious and clean. The pool was right by the patio. A little on the cold side in the pool. The main tv has a fire stick which was nice to relax with in the evening. Smaller tv's in bedrooms had no connection, only DVD player. Kitchrn was well stocked and water is filtered for drinking/general use. Only complaints, lots of codes to keep track of... pedestrian gate, 2 different parking gates with 2 different codes and you have to get out of car to punch in code to exit parking area (not automatic open), lockbox code. Master bedroom bed is VERY FIRM...like a floor kinda firm. Showers were not pleasant...the water was either boiling hot or ice cold and there is only one sweet spot on the shower faucet which you are not told about in advance. Recommended dive master was knowledgeable but gruff and a little mean. Little patience and a bit pushy. The Homeowner association president knocked on our door and asked us to move the rental vehicle because we parked literally about 2 to 3 inches over the line. There was plenty of parking space...usually empty...so our overage was of zero consequence. Powertrip just a bit. We felt we were constantly being watched and monitored. A little stressful.

Great Location and Management Company

We loved the location of this property, we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. After we left the property we realized we had left our boxes of candies that we bought for gifts in the freezer. We emailed the property manager who made sure that a friend of ours on the island could pick them up from the housekeeper. We are very grateful for this honesty and cooperation. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect for first time family

Everything from booking, to communication, to the day Victor met us at the airport was superb! The property manager stayed in touch with us throughout the vacation and was extremely helpful with helping us get accustomed to the island. We will be back, and highly recommend this rental.
