3 BR Adirondack Beach House with a Spacious Loft near the Beach and Water Views!

These 3-bedroom knotty pine cottages are just 75 feet from the water and can be connected to form a 6-bedroom Beach House. Included with your stay is access to free kayaks, stand up paddle boards, row boats, aqua trike, and pedal boat, plus a discount on jet skis, pontoon boats, lazy river tubing, and ATV guided tours! One side of the Beach House consists of 3 queen beds, and the other side has 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, and a futon. Both have fully equipped kitchens with a coffee maker and utensils, A/C and heat, TV, WiFi, and all necessary linens. Private picnic tables, campfires, and BBQs with screened in porches are also provided. Enjoy our beach with a swimming raft and playground for the kids or take on an adventure with our unlimited activities! I have opened businesses in orchards, real estate, discotheques, consulting, corporate training, air charter and summer cottages for tourists. By the way that is my palette knife painting of our rowboat in the sunset.

The Elms has been my farm. This is our 24th summer season. Each year is better than the last and a labor of love. Nothing pleases me more than to walk through the property at night and see all the campfires burning and voices chattering away. 700 feet of waterfront and mountain sunsets create this jewel.
