Beautiful South End Beach Block Shore House! Located in the highly desirable, quiet Townsend Inlet location. Front to back layout so it feels like a single family home. Huge main floor entertaining space featuring vaulted ceilings. Separated bedrooms for the family on the first floor. The sprawling, wrap-around deck off the living area provides a large outdoor space for relaxing and gathering. The entire third floor provides a secluded master suite with a private deck and ensuite. There is a large outdoor shed that will be available so that you can store your bikes and beach toys! There is also an outdoor shower and storage closet for your convenience.

Grab your beach chair (some provided) and beach toys (provided) and walk to the beach. You are just a short bike ride (1 provided with child seat) to Sunset Pier, The Beachwood, Blitz's Market featuring La Colombe Coffee, newly renovated playground, Shorebreak Cafe, Scoops Ice Cream, Hank’s Sauce, and Anthony's. You can also ride over the bridge to check out the restaurants and shops that Avalon and Stone Harbor have to offer.

The house is child friendly. There is a pack and play and child gate provided.

Completely renovated exterior: all new decks, siding, windows and outdoor shower.

We had a great week. This was our first stay in Sea Isle, besides day trips. Clean and updated home that is close to 81st street beach. Owners are very responsive and attentive.

Sea Isle City beach house

Great house, a short walk to the beach. Owner provided extras like chairs, bikes , and beach tags. House was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Outside shower was a plus!

Perfect stay in our favorite shore town!

We rented this home for a beach vacation with our two toddler sons, our friends, and their two young daughters and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everything was easy about the rental and booking process, and the owners were very communicative, friendly, and provided plenty of information prior to our check-in and again before check-out. We enjoyed so many things about this home and would absolutely stay again. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated with adorable beach inspired furnishings, and had plenty of amenities like outdoor furniture on the upper deck, a grill, and best of all, it was a quick walk to the beach! We loved everything about our stay and hope to come back soon. Thank you again, John & Beth for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great House in a Great Location!

Super cute house with great owners! John and Beth are very buttoned up and responsive owners. We appreciated the pre-and post- communications with what to expect and tips. We were a family of 4 with a pre-teen and teenager and everyone had plenty of room to relax. All the amenities we needed and plenty of storage for all of our gear! The house is in the back of the lot - very quiet and private. We would definitely rent again!

We purchased this beautiful, Townsend Inlet beach home and are very excited to share our home with you! We have two wonderful boys and have a full-time residence in Doylestown, PA. We have been vacationing in Sea Isle City for years and eager to make wonderful memories in our home!

Why they chose this property

This property is unique due to its layout. It is located in the back of the lot where it provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy coffee on the large private, wrap around deck. ( You don't need to share a deck with your neighbors!) You enter the home along a walkway that takes you towards the back of the home where you have a large yard with plenty of space to store your beach chairs and bikes! It is quiet and secluded!

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the beach and bridge to access Avalon and Stone Harbor shore points; as well as, everything that Sea Isle has to offer! It's a great location for family and friends to relax and enjoy wonderful memories with friends and family.
