We loved Orange Beach and this rental unit and building. 24/7 front desk staff available. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Inside and outside pools for adults and separate kids pools. Hot tubs, tennis and racquet ball courts. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent. Lit walkways to the beach with hoses to wash off sand. Our unit had a beautiful view, extra towels, sheets and pillows. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Washer and dryer in unit. Dish tv. A/C kept the unit cool. We had a restful and great time. Great restaurants nearby.

The room was beautiful and we had an amazing view of the beach. The TV in the master bedroom wasn’t working and kids were knocking on doors and running by the time you make it the door. Easy access to restaurants and shopping

The condo location was great and the condo was very nice. My only suggestion is to buy some more silver wear. There are only 5 forks.

Cleaning staff has a lot to learn

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach. The pool and the beachfront were wonderful and The Phoenix VI was an ok place to stay. Unfortunately our condo looked like it hadn't been painted in 20 years, the walls and doors definitely don't get wiped down after every check out. I had to buy cleaning supplies to wipe down the doors. There was even pills and a dirty sock behind our dresser. When we let the property company know they were very apologetic and responsive, but asked us to let the front desk know. The cleaning supervisor came up and basically did not care and said, "we only deep clean a couple times a year". They need a new cleaning supervisor. We showed her behind the dresser and she didn't even pick up the mess. So I am sure it will be there for the next guest.

Unit needs some love....

The sofa is in desperate need of replacement. It is worn and doesn't seem very clean. The brown recliner is scary. I would not sit in it. Housekeeping should look at the ceiling when cleaning. I requested for someone to look at the master bedroom ceiling to very that is was not mold I was seeing. No one came. I have asthma issues. The fee for my 3 night stay is more than enough for the owners to replace the living room furniture. This is my third trip to Orange Beach this year. Very disappointed with the unit.
