Luxurious Beach House

The Sea of Cortez is a rippling blanket of brochure-blue, we have the Views! You'll have the time of your life in this amazing 3 story, 5,400 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, fully furnished "Blue Bay Beach house". We are located in the safe and gated subdivision of the Caracol Peninsula, you'll find everything you need to make yourself at home including a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, Cable TV, games. Soak in the spectacular Tetakawi mountain, ocean and bay views from every patio while relaxing on our comfortable patio furniture. If you're the outdoor type, walk out the front door to the peaceful beach front cove to view marine life, hunt for shells or swim and snorkel. The peaceful and sandy cove is dotted with palm trees and has great views of the mountains, stunning sunrises and sunsets.

A short car drive away you'll find the Marina San Carlos where you can kick back and sample delicious food/drink and live music at the many restaurants and bars. Our Yacht and captain are available for rent 2,000 pesos an hour ask for details.

Beautiful beach home

We all fell in love with this home. It has the best beach/vacation/relaxing vibes. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay, from a well stocked kitchen to a mini bar. Walking distance to el caracol private beach, this was my favorite part! And of course the patio to enjoy the sunset.

Fantastic neighborhood/location!

Spectacular views and very safe and charming neighborhood. Communication with owners was prompt and helpful. The small and SHADED(!!) pool in the backyard was a huge hit when we needed a break from the sun. Would recommend and we would stay here again. Thanks!!

Overall we loved the property. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. In a nice quiet neighborhood. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat, but we could have been doing something wrong. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in and check out was hassle free. The home is very clean, spacious and has many amenities. The private beach is beautiful, but there was some construction which impacted access. Very early morning gardeners in the yard also startled some in our group. Overall, an excellent vacation. Very pleasurable stay with great views

We had a great time in San Carlos staying at this beautiful home with wonderful views of boats coming in and out of the harbor. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. The split units do a great job of cool the house. The garage was a nice bonus to be able to park our truck at night and not have to unload everything we left in the bed for our next days fishing excursion. We will definitely return to this property for future stays in San Carlos!

Couldn't ask for anything more. Big beautiful house, very clean. Great views, walking distance to private beach. Enjoyed ourselves immense, very quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. A little bit out of town, definitely need a car but very short drive, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Owners very responsive to all inquiries. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind, with plenty of room for the whole family or many friends. Garage to park car in was a nice plus.

Our area has something for everyone! Water sports enthusiasts, there are beautiful sand beaches, spectacular diving and snorkeling, kayaking, and offshore fishing. San Carlos is only a 250 mile, 4-hour drive from Nogales, AZ on Mexico Highway 15, a four-lane divided highway. Near the house is numerous gift shops and galleries for shopping and browsing. For the boater, two marinas are available with paved launch ramps, dry storage facilities, complete marine repair and maintenance services, fuel docks and reasonable rates for slip rental. Numerous restaurants featuring seafood, Sonoran beef, Mexican dishes and American cuisine are located throughout the town. Prime real estate is available for sale and there are motels, hotels, RV Parks, condominiums and private home rentals to fit every group and budget. If you’ve not experienced the ambiance and relaxing lifestyle of a Mexican seaside resort, you owe it to yourself to visit San Carlos. You may never want to leave.
San Carlos is a beachfront subdivision within the port city of Guaymas, in the northern state of Sonora in Mexico. It is noted for the exceptional clarity and warmth of the ocean water in its shallow bays. It lies on the body of water known as the Gulf of California or Sea of Cortez. Given the size of the city, with nearly 7,000 inhabitants. Our House location is close to each destination.

What makes this property unique

Our views of the famous "Teta Kawi Mountain" is seen right outside your door. A walk to the Playa or Bay is just down the hill. There are plenty of beautiful beachfront resorts in San Carlos BUT, your quiet little "Bay Area" just feet away from the house, with safe swimming in the clear blue waters while relaxing on a beautiful sand beach will allure you, making your stay at our home worth the booking. If you are a golfer, there’s a very nice and affordable 18-hole public course in town where memberships are available but not required (and you can actually play without a collared shirt). If you are a sailor there’s not just one, but 2 full service marinas near our area with over 600 slips as well as ample dry storage. If you are a sport fisherman who charters a vessel from one of the many operators in town you’ll soon see why these waters in the Sea of Cortes are famous for abundant catches of marlin, sailfish, dorado, tuna, red snapper, yellow tail and grouper. If you are a pleasure boater you can watch dolphins dance with the whales, which can be found in our waters throughout most of the year.Great location!
