Take everything that you brought. Dishes need to be cleaned and NEATLY put away before checking out. Take out trash. Money will be charged to your credit card if excessive cleaning is required.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO parties and/or outside guests allowed in the house or outdoor areas. You will be asked to leave with no refund if this rule is not adhered to.
Kayaks are for GUEST USE ONLY - life jackets must be used. Kayaks need to be brought back up onto the patio each day and rinsed off before departing.
NO SMOKING. Swim at your own risk; No food or glassware in jacuzzi; No bodily fluids in jacuzzi; No one under influence of alcohol/drugs in jacuzzi.
