THIS HOUSE RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS DURING THE SUMMER SEASON. CHECK IN AT 4:00pm. CHECK OUT AT 10:00am
YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR SHEETS AND TOWELS or you can rent them from a local rental company. Ocean Atlantic Rentals is one company you can look at.

Located in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach/sound. The ocean offers great ocean fun including surfing and fishing. There is a movie theater, bowling, all variety of shops, and of course the outlet malls. Close by is Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey's Ridge for hang gliding and kite flying. The Avalon Fishing Pier and Arcade offers a great family outing. They also have a nice restaurant and bathroom facilities. The sound access is a great location for kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding. You can also go watch a beautiful sunset.

Parking: Total of 3 cars shorter than 6 feet under the house. There is a driveway and a spot to the right of the driveway for taller vehicles

There is a tv with HULU LIVE in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. The master and 2nd bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom a trundle twin with another twin which pulls out. The dinng table easily seats 8 people.
There is a great outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off.

House is located just west of Rt 158. There are many free parking lots along the beach that you can choose to park at all within a 5 minute drive of the house. You can also walk to the beach but be mindful of the traffic.

There is a keuric and a regular coffee pot so you can brew your coffee either way.

There is a high chair and portacrib at the house for your use.

A picnic table and charcoal grill under the house. There are beach chairs in bin under the house available for your use.

Absolutely beautiful house. So happy I purchased this house for the week very clean, not super close to the beach, but not super far either. Close to coffee shops, stores and friendly neighbors. The host had chairs and toys for my kids to use during our stay. Love how we were able to fit our vehicle under the house to keep it in the shade. Host communicated well and made sure we had the essentials when we arrived. Would definitely book again.

This is a lovely house. Everyone had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time watching sunsets yesterday on the sound. Biking along the sound and kayaking. The beach was also fun and water was perfect. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and had everything we needed to create excellent meals. Betty was very helpful and responded immediately to any question we had. Thanks Betty for sharing you beautiful house with us!!

Very clean property

Extremely clean unit that was well equipped, except for spices. Showers were slippery. Appliances were excellent and extensive. TV was very difficult to use. Take your iPad and expect to use it. Location was okay but not much of interest was nearby. Getting to beach required crossing a busy 5 lane highway, better to drive if you can find parking. Given the shortcomings cited, I’d still recommend the unit if you like the area.

Mostly good

The property was as promised ….but the owner ….despite having charged a cleaning fee… And a $50 fee for linens… So that we could have sheets on the bed when we came… Which is always expected at a VRBO stay gratus …… expected us to clean the toilets and the refrigerator etc. things that normally a cleaning person does… After staying four weeks in a home and paying a large fee… For this… Do they expect you to clean the toilets on the way out…? I don’t think so ….I have never had this happen before …she was annoyed that the house Had sand in the shower. This is a beach community and yes there was sand in the shower and that’s why you have a cleaning person… The cleaning lady was happy to clean out the freezer and take all the leftover frozen food but somehow she thought she didn’t have to clean the refrigerator. Sorry… This put a damper on what was a lovely stay at the last minute… The house is in an interesting neighborhood… There’s a beautiful bay on one side which is a pleasure to walk by because they are is shade there… We used the porch all the time and it was lovely… The beach is at the other end of the block…. right across a major highway… Which you have to cross every single time you go to the beach and it is difficult… There are no stoplights at the corner. Once you get there it’s lovely… I would stay at the house but clarify the cleaning situation before you go and the linen situation as well. Ff. New York City

Cute clean beach house with everything you need for a family vacation

We had a lovely time at this property. It had everything to accommodate our family of 4 plus visitors including a high chair and pack’n’play. Betty was a great, very communicative host who provided a clean, beachy spot for us to enjoy our family vacation. 9 min walk to the beach and about 12 min walk to the sound. Good neighborhood near restaurants and family activities. Our only qualm with the location is that it was slightly terrifying crossing the highway with our small children to walk to the beach as there is no cross-walk. This is obviously not the fault of the property owner but may be a good point to bring up to other families with small children. I’m sure driving to a nearby access with parking is much less stressful, we just didn’t end up doing it. The house itself is beautifully decorated with lots of great updates and a wrap around porch. I’d definitely recommend this listing to anyone considering it. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Getaway

This home is perfect in every way! The description is spot on and we actually over packed in fear of not having things in the home, dishes and pillows etc, and was pleasantly surprised that the house provided. The remodeled amenities were beautiful and clean. Betty was amazing and answered any and all questions we had. It was just a short drive to the public access but located conveniently between the North and South end. The parking wouldnt fit pur truck underneath but we still had plenty of room in the driveway. I saved this home to my favorites and hope we have the opportunity to book again.

GREAT stay!!

My family and I enjoyed this house. It is spacious, very clean, great/new appliances, comfy beds, FULLY stocked kitchen, warm outdoor shower, & plenty of parking. It is a 6 minute walk to the beach. Or easy parking near the beach. Betty always responded quickly to my texts. We loved this place so much we plan to return next year.

Comfortable and cozy home, easy access to beach, sound, mini golf, restaurants, and grocery stores. Only thing we would suggest is a stick vacuum since there is no outdoor shower. Thanks for allowing us to stay for the week!

The property was sooo cute!

We had a blast at our home. It was so clean and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfy and the duvets were amazing. The neighbors were even really nice as well. We would stay here again for sure! It was also nice to not have to go to a rental place to get keys. The owner was really nice and helpful. Thanks for our stay!
